I've went to many dealerships for a few days, desperately needing a vehicle bc mines died on me. I won't lie I've had much better customer service with other dealerships. All the other dealerships I went to the salesman's come outside walk you through the lot and talk about the vehicle your looking at. Nobody came outside at Hub City Ford not one day that I went. I had to go in the building get a salesman. Nobody greets you when you walk in not too friendly at all. I met up with Sutton after that he was friendly, awesome smile. There was a vehicle on the lot I really liked, I went on the lot 3 days look at and test drove it bc I was unsure wanted a good vehicle. When I decided to purchase it Sutton was of great help, very fast and made it very easy to purchase which was awesome. I really have no complaints besides to say there are great vehicles on that lot if salesmen or saleswomen were ready smiling when customers pull up, I'm sure Hub City Ford would get more sales. The customer service I received at other dealerships were impeccable top notch but still Hub City Ford had the vehicle I wanted. Just a little food for thought. I'm getting an awesome vehicle from there, the stars is just because of the no hellos or anything when you walk in the building and maybe people should greet you while your walking looking through the parking lot at vehicles outside.

The quality of service was awesome! I had the best experience with this vehicle purchase. I have to say, my salesman (Shane Broussard) was a true angel in my book. He helped me in any way he could to make sure I got my vehicle because he knew I needed his help. I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle at Hub City Ford and will bring friends and family too. Everything went smooth with no problems. I bought a 2023 Genesis G70!! I absolutely love it. Thank you for making my dream come true.

Mr. Mike Boutin was great he took in my Ford Maverick and gave me a realistic explanation of what to except!!! The work was completed before the expected date and Mr. Mike discovered a recall on my truck which meant the work was done at no cost to me. Each time I contacted Mike he was exceptionally professional and very sincere!!! This experience has me sold on Hub City’s exceptional service!!!
