We had an unexpected need for AC service today. J&J Mechanical was able to respond quickly and sent an excellent, knowledgable and professional young man (Isiah) who quickly diagnosed and resolved our issue. Excellent professional ! Thank you (especially during this extreme heat wave in NC! Bless you!

J&J Mechanical has been fantastic. Their office staff was polite and professional. They did a tune-up on May 22, and when my AC capacitor failed a couple of weeks later, they fit me in that same day. I called in the morning, and a tech arrived that afternoon. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes. So far, they’ve provided excellent service, and I’m happy to recommend them!

On 5/20/2026 J & J Mechanicsl sent serviceman Alvis to repair our AC unit. This gentleman was timely, dressed in proper gear and very polite. He explained the issue thoroughly and offered us the opinions. He showed great knowledge about our AC System and magnificent Customer Service. Most of all it did not take all day

Alyssa from the Greenville J & J office came and performed the spring maintenance on our HVAC. She was prompt and efficient. We requested her bc we were so impressed with her professionalism. She will be our "go to" girl from here on.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Kelly on the phone. I was trying to get a service appointment. She was so sweet and kind. I got a next day appointment. I get service twice a year with them,no complaints. Mr Alvis the technician takes time to inform me to allow me to make decisions without pressure. That's what I like about JandJ you make the decisions!
