Called B&M Contractors about my HVAC being down. They added us to the system being we were new customers. Within an hour I got a call back from them with an tech on the way. He arrived and had us back cooling with 30min. Very professional and informative with the repair. Highly recommend them.

I had some electrical issues in part of my house, I called Chanel at B&M and they answered the call imidiatly when no one else would even return the call. CHRIS the electrician who is very knowledgeable/ experience and his helper Mike showed up in less than 3 hours and took care of the problem plus some additional work in less than 2 hours. Nice, clean work, respectful, professional and reasonable price.
I appreciate their help and will call on them again if/ when I need to.

Great service! We had an HVAC emergency two days before family arrived. We called them and were able to get a tech out that afternoon. They fixed it in a timely manner and didn’t charge an arm and a leg! Couldn’t have been happier with the service!

Samuel deserves a pay raise. My job requires me to relocate often. I’ve had many experiences with hvac technicians and he was the best. His technical expertise and professionalism was outstanding. If I owned a business he would be my first hire. Highly recommend B&M.

Technician was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient.
However, $148 for 15 minutes work is high.
Plus, I had been put on a waiting list 2 weeks earlier with an actual appointment for 5/26. We had no hot water so I said I would keep looking and cancel if I was able to get service restored. I was not able to so on 5/26 I called to make sure someone could come that day only to find there was no appointment and I was never put on a waiting list. I was NOT satisfied with that part of the service.
