I went to Miller Brothers Chevrolet on Christmas Eve to look at a 2025 Lexus NX 450h+ F Sport I was told to ask for Joe Wyatt. Joe was super busy and they were about to close but made time to show me where the car was and let me test drive it. I didn’t need to go far the car was super clean and ran amazing. I returned to the dealership gave Joe the keys and said i would be in touch. I texted Joe Christmas morning at 0600 and made an offer, to my surprise Joe replied right back…who does that on Christmas morning at 0600 apparently Joe Wyatt…Long story short I purchased the Lexus Friday and picked it up Today Monday 29 December…Joe is an outstanding salesman and a even better person it was my pleasure to meet Joe Wyatt and do business with Miller Brothers Chevrolet…If you need or want a car go to Miller Brothers and look for Joe he will meet you with a smile treat you like family and if you can get a better deal somewhere else buy it. After 10 years driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel to 165k miles and loving it, I decided to look for something similar but more current. No Hassle dealer. I was unsure that I really wanted to pull the trigger on a new car. I had searched for cars which meet my needs and found that the Equinox LT was the only one. Thus, when I saw that they had just what I wanted on their 'In Transit' list, I had to say Yes. No Hassle. Their discounting seems to have been at least as good as what I had seen a couple of years ago at other dealers. The people were friendly, and the car seems to have been delivered to me in good shape.

I've been a satisfied customer of Miller Brothers Chevrolet of Ellicott City for the past 24 years. I've not only purchased cars from them, but have also had them serviced there. In fact, my 2001 Chevy Suburban is still running well. Their service advisors have always been very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. One of them, Bobby, has taken care of me for at least 20 years. And Lloyd is great also. I highly recommend them for both their sales and service.

Kevin (salesman) was focused and didn't waste my time. Follow-up was excellent. In fact, I was going another direction and Kevin did a follow-up call to me during the sales process and I decided to move back to his direction for the sale. I actually paid more for the vehicle through Miller, but the quality of care was worth the price.

This is the place to go! just two days ago i was a new buyer on my own at 19 years old looking for a good financing deal online. After a few clicks on their website for me info i was almost immediately contacted by Kevin Kea from miller brothers to come in and set something up. Through those couple days he held the car for me and kept me up to date on his efforts with the process everyday and towards the end even helped me with my insurance. On the front end Kevin was nothing short of amazing but what i didn’t take notice to at first glance was the woman Debbie Lewis behind the scenes working with the banks to get me approved. Even with my age, short credit history and me being a first time buyer she stopped at nothing to get me this vehicle. She explained everything and answered all my questions making sure i left with full understanding of not only my financing situation but also my insurance policy. Both Kevin and Debbie worked hard even on there off days to make my life easier during this process and i am forever thankful to them both. i left with tears of joy streaming down my face because they made the basically impossible happen and i will be referring all my friends and family here in the future. So with that being said i do recommend you do go here and ask to speak with Kevin and see if Debbie can also assist you as well.

We went to buy a car, tested it, and discussed the prices multiple times. Despite us reaching out repeatedly and being assured they would follow up, they never did. On our final call, we were informed the car had been sold to someone else. We were fully prepared to pay the asking price. In short, if you’re looking to end up without a car, you know exactly where to go. Very friendly salesman though! Sad story for them we were going to buy 2 cars at the same time.

Much better experience here after having a bad one at a different location. They looked at my car within a few hours of me dropping it off. And it turned out there was nothing wrong with my car after all which made me even happier! I was able to pick it up the same day with no major inconveniences. Everything was fine with the service, but I don't like the idea of paying an extra fee for using a credit card to pay for the service. Other businesses are able to absorb the cost of using credit cards and yours should also be able to. It s very bad for customer relations, and should be stopped.
