After having a terrible experience with Audi Hunt Valley, we headed over to Owings Mills. After looking at some of the Q5's they had on the lot, we spoke with Ethan, who was great to work with--from the test drive to the sale.

For me, buying a car can be a painful experience. Ethan made it as painless as possible and had us out the door as soon as possible.

I recently purchased a used car from Audi Owings Mills and it was a fairly good experience. Although I didn’t purchase an Audi, my sales person Brian was awesome! Ethan took the time to send videos of the vehicle I was interested in and that was very helpful in my decision to drive 50+ miles to see it in person. Once onsite, Brian was very thorough when showing the features and during the test drive. The SUV was clean, low miles and rode smoothly. Negotiations were a bit difficult but I’m overall pleased with my purchase!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Saw a beautiful 2026 Audi Q8 online, submitted an inquiry, and got an immediate call from my rep, Ethan. Asked for more pics and videos — had them 10 minutes later. Told him my terms, and 30 minutes later Daniel, the finance manager, called and gave me the exact terms I requested.

Here's the kicker: the dealership is over 2 hours away travelling on the traffic ridden mess of I-95/495. On a FRIDAY at peak traffic times 5pm, Ethan personally delivered the car to my front door. From seeing it online to delivery at my front door through peak traffic? About 5 hours.

Ethan and Daniel were efficient, professional, and straight to the point. No games. I'll only deal with them going forward. Highly, highly recommended if you want a cut-to-the-chase car buying experience.
