I recently bought a 2015 RAV 4 Limited , my third vehicle so far from ErinMills Toyota. i checked all the features included in the package thru the website and the brochure to check if i got what i am paying for. To my understanding Rav4 Limited comes with an Auto dimming rear view mirror with a compass......the one i got has NONE , NO COMPASS, so i called my dealer to verify. I was told to bring the vehicle, i even called a day before i came but i got no return call since he was busy then. Anyways i was told it only comes with an Auto dimming rearview mirror without the Compass, they just follow their list. I was so upset , and not satisfied with the explanation, I think you need to change and make your website clearer to avoid misconceptions . Modesty aside i really like Toyota but please be take of your loyal customers.

Wai Lau the salesman damaged my brand new car and had me pick it up late in the dark, when I came back first thing in the morning toyota blamed me for it. The cost for the repair was over $1000 and
Still counting.I was never treated so rudely lying straight to my eyes.toyota managers diny showing the cameras because they know he did it and its easier for them to wash their hands.I wonder how many people were deceived by them and its time to stop them.
