very enthusiastic
but thats it they could not meet any commitment they made including calling me back. They are very poor at responding to voice mail and getting me information and documents.
i really wanted to by a Prius but after a few days of failed attempts I do not think they have a finisher who actually wants to sell me a car. follow up is very poor but they are excellent at blaming others on their team... not much team work.
buying should be an exciting time not a frustrating on.
try other dealers first
