I called Los Rios Storage after leaving messages with several other franchise storage places in Kamloops. I needed a storage unit that day. I spoke to Lisa who told me to come right over. I rented a unit and moved my stuff in before I even heard back from any of the other places.
I love that it is locally owned and has a real person on site during business hours. It Is very secure, clean, and well-maintained. I highly recommend Los Rios Storage.

Los Rios is very easily accessible and has great staff. Lisa went above and beyond to help us with our needs, both renting and moving out of the unit. I would recommend using Los Rios if you are in need of a storage unit.

We have been storing our RV for many years with Los Rios and we were always very very satisfied. The price is fair and the facility is very clean. We never had an issue no security concerns and Lisa is extremely flexible and helpful, she all around just fantastic to deal with. We also rented storage spaces on and off, and it was always super easy to on and offboard, always a very pleasant experience.
We can highly recommend Los Rios and if our storage needs change again they will always be our first choice to consider.

We decided to use Los Rios storage because of the previous reviews we have read on this business.
This was definitely the right call. We have had our unit with LR for many months now and this facility is very easy to access. The manager Lisa is phenomenal. She is an excellent person to deal with in every regard.
We will happily recommend this place to our friends and family and we will be back should we ever need these services again.

Los Rios is a perfect storage unit complex. It’s clean, safe, secure, well-managed and the units are very easy to access (no elevators, hallways to maneuver).

I am very satisfied with Los Rios Storage. The customer service is awesome, the stuff is very friendly. The drive up units are easy to access and secured. I felt my belongings were safe there and never had any issues with getting in or out. I was renting a 5 x 10 unit and I really liked the fact the door was on the 10' side, so I could access my items easy. Highly recommend it!

Los Rios Storage came to our rescue last minute when we were between moves. They made a significant difference to us during this time of anxiety and uncertainty, and Lisa was incredible. She was kind, responsive, and made sure that all of our needs were met. The facility was clean, safe, and up-to-date in terms of security.
