I was on my own moving and the help that I received from this group was amazing. Kristen the Move Coordinator talked with me thoroughly to find me the best solution and price for my move. Then the Move Dispatcher Logan met with me personally so I could give him my key to my storage and he immediately ensured trust in the condition that the pickup was to be attended by me by facetiming as I was not able to be there. The movers Sunny and Matt kept in contact with me throughout their travel from Kamloops to Vancouver Island and then facetimed me when they arrived at my storage unit and let me pick what I needed them to take. They left it tidied and locked with pictures to show me, arrived at my new place, unloaded, and gave me back my storage key. The whole move was done with a huge amount of trust that was well above proven by this group. I'd recommend them 100%

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this organization for a move. I trusted them with a relatively small move - move-out, storage, move-in - and it was far more difficult than it should have been. Not only were most of my furniture pieces treated with such little care that virtually everything was damaged, a number of the boxes that were clearly labeled with room names ended up nowhere near the rooms they were intended for. Additionally, there was some pretty significant damage to the property I moved out of, but because you only have ONE day to report the damage I had to pay for that to be repaired out of my own pocket. There was a three inch gouge in the flooring, scratched and gouged trim that needed to be repaired and painted, all because the movers forced a treadmill through a bathroom door rather than the bedroom door. The repairs cost more than $500. I believed it to be a genuine error though, gave them the benefit of the doubt and hired them again to move my items from storage to my new home. That’s when the extent of the damage to my furniture came to light - the legs from my practically new sofa were lost, it’s filthy and has several rips and tears from being drug on concrete, the door to a storage cabinet was snapped off when they turned it on its side to move it into the garage and there are chips and dings on tables and other items. When I reached out about this, I was told that there was no provision for anything with particleboard components, and anything that was covered was compensated at $.60/pound. That meant compensation was less than $400 for damage that amounted to thousands of dollars, and was presented as a measure of goodwill. What I would have preferred is for my items to be treated with care, rather than a few dollars back. The claim process was not easy, and I did not feel the company was easy to work with or receptive to the issue. I did my due diligence before booking my move, and they do have many favourable reviews - so perhaps this was just a poor experience but I wouldn’t take the risk! (Also, a mover was sent who apparently had an ankle injury and couldn’t walk or climb stairs well. That person was moving one empty box at a time.)

Used these guys to move from Kamloops to Calgary.

Movers were late to pick up by a few hours and unload by a day.
Movers argued in front of us when loading the truck. Making it quite awkward.
These guys also overcharged us, promising remboursement. We re now 1 month later and they are going radio silent

Please avoid for peace of mind.

Workers on the loading end of the move were extremely lazy and slow. They barely got our small townhouse and garage loaded into truck. But the biggest problem with the whole move was one of the managers named Jeff. He was rude and incompetent at his job. I used them along time ago and they were awesome. But with managers and team members like Jeff will tarnish the company's good name. I am never going to recommend this company to anyone. Please use anyone else.

We hired this group to move a large household several hundred kilometers in central BC. The movers (Logan/Mark/DP) did a great job loading the items and keeping everything in good condition. The works quoted by their office (Lauren) went as scheduled and on budget. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who requires moving services.
