Rented a storage unit at this facility for years and was very happy with the property and the service! Finally had no more need for a storage unit and had to move out Dec '24 ... Karen made the whole experience easy and painless. Highly recommend!

I am extremely over the moon about the service I have received. I was greeted by Karen as I walked into the building and immediately felt so much kindness from her. She made everything so easy and understandable for me as it was my first time renting a unit. She helped me pick the best one for me and took so much time and care with it. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this one was much needed as she deserves recognition for her amazing customer service!!

Melissa at Access Storage on Rhodes drive was excellent for customer service and always very friendly and helpful whenever I would call or talk with her in person. She was always understanding and compassionate when I would explain the payment situation for my mother in laws storage unit. I will definitely recommend her and the business to anyone and obviously I would store my items there if I needed to in the future.

Was greeted by Melissa, and was completely taken care of from start to finish. She had a few spots available for me to look at and I was happy that I got to take a look at all of them and pick which one I wanted. She made the whole process so pleasant, efficient and effortless. The location itself is massive and convenient, but the added bonus of excellent customer service made my experience top notch! Highly recommend this location for content and vehicle storage.

Having dealt with a lot of storage places over the years and being a very detail oriented person, I can assure you this is one of the best experiences I've had with storage with no hassles. Melissa had all the answers for my questions in detail and was very friendly. We are storing our boat and after this experience are considering taking our camper there as well. A huge lot with plenty of room and the rates are very reasonable. If you are looking for storage you should at least give them a look.

I have never had any issues with Access Storage, so far I have rented at 2 different locations for my trailer and the staff has been very nice and easy to work with. They have also been very understanding of my situation and been able to find me a spot to put my trailer. As long as you can read and understand the rules of their facilities you will be fine, if you have an issue with the facility it's more than likely you. Melissa and Evette are great, down to earth and willing to work with you as long as you are willing to work with them. Just purchased a new trailer and had to move to a larger spot, they gave me a few options to look at and choose which spot I wanted. Very easy move and a few papers to update and done!

In my opinion Guardian Storage is one of the best moving storage container suppliers in Canada. Recently, I consulted them to get storage containers for shifting purpose. I was worried about shifting all my valuables without getting damaged. They supplied me around 15 good quality containers of different sizes at affordable rates. I'm very much impressed by their team of skilled and dedicated workers.They neatly organized the whole process of packing and shifting. Materials were packed in different boxes depending on their sizes. I'm extremely thankful to Guardian Storage for their services and efforts they took.
