Dan Nantais sent a text to inform me that he was on his way . He was very pleasant when he arrived . We chatted and he described the process of loading since I am a mechanical nut .After the container was loaded , we had a nice chat. I think you should be proud to have him as an employee !

The container was well built and waterproof.
When we called to get the bin 2 years ago it came promptly and the driver was careful and respected the surroundings
When we abruptly informed them to pick up the unit he was here the next day

Working with The Storage Box was a pleasant experience. They were able to deliver the storage box the next day, which surprised me.
Chris, the driver, was excellent. Chris arrived in the time he said he would when he called. He was very friendly, personable and definitely knew what he was doing as he placed the box precisely where indicated. He gave instructions for the box as well as provided the free lock.

I just wanted to thank the entire team at storage box for a great experience we had with your company! The first driver that dropped off the bin was polite and very helpful with any questions we had. The lady I spoke with on the phone when ordering the bin, and the conversation after we were done with the rental was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. The gentleman (Chris) that picked up the bin today was also very nice and pleasant to talk with as well. I appreciate the call before they arrived and the time line that was given was spot on. The drop-off and pick-up were both so smooth, they were experts in knowing where to place it for maximum convenience of loading and unloading the contents, and the customer service on the phone when booking was fantastic. Highly recommend for making your moving process nice and smooth!

From the first moment we stepped in to their office to inquire about renting a storage box, until they pickup the empty container from our driveway, everything went great! Wow, what an awesome experience this was!! Adam our driver was top-notch friendly knew what he was doing. Safe on time communication is fantastic with this business from start to finish emails letting you know what was going on at every turn. STOP! and rethink your options...although the box itself was great and delivery plus drivers were also great . The company tends to over book or improperly book appointments for drop off/pick up of their storage units.. they were late both times on separate days and not by minutes we are talking hours! So if your looking to find tune logistics in whatever project you are attempting maybe go with a company that can keep proper timing. And show up when they say they will show up! One star for "The Storage Box" Windsor.

From the start to the end of the process everything was great. I'm not bilingual and by phone they took their time to gave all the instruction. The process is perfect! At the drop-off their was an issue in the driveway and the driver Chris (I thought) took his time to do the process with a great attitude and safety. He was very kind. The staff at the Storage Box were wonderful to deal with. They answered all of my questions, delivered/picked up on time and didn't charge me for days the box wasn't used after I unloaded. The daily rate was also reasonable. I highly recommend for anyone moving or looking for temporary storage space.

We leveraged The Storage Box to move from home home to another and we made it so that we uncluttered our home for our house listing, had it stored by The Storage Box, then they brought it to the new home for unloading and pick up again. They were on time and their services were exactly what were described. It was also very easy to get a hold of them on the phone and everything was explained simply and to our satisfaction.

Delivery and pick up was seamless. And great communication through the process. Large bins and well insulated especially in the hot summer sun.

Their team went above and beyond as apparently I had dropped my credit card and they found it when picking up the bin and placed it securely in a hidden spot and followed up twice with me to make sure I found it.

They always made the changes promptly when I changed the date of delivery. They phoned before they arrived. I found it amazing how they get it back on their truck. Representatives were always polite and responsive. I had a storage box for 15 months and all of my items remained dry and pest-free throughout usage. Highly recommend!
