You need to get a new Managers, Marios and Assistant Manager Irisia since they are doing an extremely poor job, Many tenants do not get along with Irisia since she is extrmely rude and Marios listens to whatever she states as the truth seems he can't stand on his own two feet. They also do not care for the building and have not done many items that needed to be done, they even lie about tenants, therefore, not caring about their tenants and absoultely not approachable never returning messages. Have to fight with them to get anything done,Terrible furniture, so little in lobby, it's a joke to all tenants, mail boxes in lobby taking up space no one uses. Repair system is the biggest joke, doesn't work most of the time, Superintenent refuses to take paper requests for repairs when Computer Repair system doesn't work. Having the Parking Meter at the end of building where no one can see is terrible. Many of us tenants I've heard, including myself do not feel comfortable with these 2 above since they don't listen to us, return our messages or care. For over 22 years great place to live until these 2 started in Summer of 2024
