Thank you very much Groves. Shout out to Dalton for coming out on a Sunday. Not only was he here earlier than expected to deal with our emergency, but he did a great job getting our issue resolved.

Would highly recommend and will definitely be dealing with Groves again.

Have dealt with this company for years.
We had a sewer possible backup prior to Christmas…sewer gas, but no solids or liquid. We tried to get ahead of a full sewer backup by calling.

They came and cleaned the line ($246).

Three days later !!! we had a large sewer backup and called them back ($328 - since it required weekend work).

When I called to complain and ask for a credit for the second visit they indicated that they couldn’t. The second tech said the first visit was not done properly and I should log a complaint...which I did. It was obvious that the first visit was not done properly.

I assume that if the second visit was not done properly that a third visit would have been charged as well…when would it end?

Very disappointed that they did not stand behind their work.

Had Wm Groves back today. Have used them several times over the years to maintain and clean my main drain line. Dalton came today. He was prompt, professional, and did a great job! He left my place clean and neat. He was friendly, informative, and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend this company. They have been nothing short of outstanding in each and every visit.

Just wanted to give a 5 star review to Mike and Nick who came yesterday and cleared my downstairs toilet and sink faucet after 6 weeks of being plugged up as a result of water main work in my area.
They were great. Very professional and efficient. I highly recommend their services!!

Do not use these guys. Unprofessional and scam artists. I had two drains that weren’t working. The guy came and checked this bathroom sink, said it was the plug and there was nothing wrong. Spent 1 minute. Next he cleaned build up grease in the kitchen sink which took 20 minutes. Charged the minimum $145 for the hour plus travel time for $250.

Bathroom sink didn’t work so I called back to complain it wasn’t fixed. They told me it would be a new service call which means another $250 again.

Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Find an honest plumber because these guys are not it.

Plus they will try to game it so they come late because after 6pm they can charge you more.
