We had an outbuilding that need to be repaired and reroofed.Jackson Roofing crew arrived exactly when they said and completed the job beyond our expectations. Terrible company with worse employees.
No respect for peoples property while having to do jobs twice just for it do be done "correct"
Way behind on schedule and making all the tenants lives difficult. These are tradesmen they are bottom of the barrel labourers and it shows

We hired Jackson Roofing in Brantford to fix the leaking roof (mainly around the drains) on our commercial unit in Brantford which came with a 15-year warranty. Quality of work carried was worst and less than half a year later, the roof began leaking again from the same location . They did come to fix it, but just three months later, the same area started leaking again.

Over the next two years, the issue persisted. They came back a few times but were never able to fully resolve the leak. Communication was poor, delays were constant—especially during the winter when we were forced to wait over three months for service. Their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process.

Their lack of responsibility and poor workmanship not only cost us time but also led to the loss of our commercial tenant. We ended up incurring significant expenses to compensate the tenant and repair the ongoing damages. Some of the photos of their bad work have been attached.
Would strongly caution anyone considering using their services. Very disappointing experience."

A very well managed Company who takes pride in their work and the end results are exceptional. They are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. They do their best to keep the job site safe and as clean as possible at all times. All around an excellent Company who offers great service and workmanship!
