Wow, the Broad St. Guitar Center is the ticket. I really don't want to try to compare it to other locations in the area, because there isn't any. I have always called this my Guitar Store Home, but it's been a long time since my last visit or purchase. I actually brought in a Guitar Case I bought from them about 40 years ago. There's you quality, product value and service life plug. Go Yamaha!

Jake in the workshop was outstanding. I receive answers to questions and issues I have been struggling with for months. What he didn't get answers to before I left the store, I received by a very thorough text message before I got home.
Like I said Guys & Gals, No Comparison.
I loved seeing the youth, male and female, walking down the guitars on the wall and rock'in it!!
I also loved seeing Dads with their kids and all of them were Gig'in. Sweet Vibes!!

Stopped into this location while I was visiting from out of state. All of the staff there were super helpful and friendly. Wound up leaving with a new amp ! Sean was super helpful and attentive and I am super thankful for his customer service !

Picked up a Taylor Big Baby. The staff was helpful, offering assistance right off the bat. I didn't need it yet, so they left me alone till I'd made my selection, then they were very helpful.
He (sorry I don't remember your name, man) offered the various protection plans, etc, but wasn't pushy.
All-in-all, this was a very good experience.

The service guy was very sweet and attentive to our needs. He helped us find exactly what I needed for my son and he allowed him the freedom to express his interest in the store. I thought that was great and made him feel welcome. Thank you. He had longish blonde curly hair converse nice boy young man. Made my son feel valued that day.
