A Must-Visit Apple Store in Chicago

One of the most beautiful Apple Stores I have visited, with an exceptional location overlooking the Chicago River and surrounded by the city’s stunning architecture. It is much more than a shopping destination—it is an experience in itself. I make it a point to visit this store every time I am in Chicago.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, making every visit pleasant and welcoming.

I particularly appreciate Apple’s free workshops. During my recent visit, I participated in the “Taking Portraits on Location” session and found it both interesting and useful, especially for learning how to make better use of the iPhone for photography.

Beautiful location, impressive architecture, excellent service, and wonderful learning opportunities. A definite must-see for both tourists and Apple enthusiasts visiting Chicago!

Of course, we had to stop at the Apple Store while visiting Chicago! This is a stunning location overlooking the Chicago River, with beautiful architecture and incredible views. They were hosting a live product demonstration during our visit, and the store had the full selection of Apple products and services you’d expect. Definitely worth stopping by just be prepared for the challenge of finding parking nearby!

Great store and one of my favorite locations! Even if there’s a wait, it’s well worth the visit. The store is in an excellent area near the Riverwalk, offering beautiful waterfront views, incredible architecture, and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafés if you want to grab a bite while you’re out.

The staff is welcoming, professional, and there are plenty of team members available to assist customers. If you’re waiting on a text update from customer support or during your transaction, it’s a good idea to stay nearby so you don’t miss any important notifications.

Overall, this location provides a great customer experience from start to finish. If you’re thinking about upgrading your phone, switching plans, or checking out the latest promotions, I definitely recommend stopping by and seeing what they have to offer!

The Michigan Avenue store is beautiful and most of the staff are super friendly. But I had two really unpleasant experiences with a tall female staff member with black glasses.

Last time here I already knew what I wanted, but I had a couple of questions about the model. The store wasn’t busy at all, and she was the closest person to me, so I walked up and asked for help. She looked obviously impatient. It made me feel rushed and embarrassed, and I ended up choosing a configuration I wasn’t fully sure about just because I felt pressured by her attitude.

The second time was even worse. I went to the store, and all the other staff were busy helping customers. I looked around for someone who wasn’t occupied so I could ask a quick question, and I noticed that same female staff member walking around without assisting anyone.

I waved and walked toward her. She definitely saw me. But when I got close, she turned her head away and walked off as if she was intentionally ignoring me.

Her attitude made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. I hope the store can address this, because the rest of the team is great and this location deserves better.

I make it a point to visit Apple Stores whenever I travel, and this is easily one of the most impressive ones I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of seating areas, great charging spots, and the setup is very comfortable overall. The view is incredible—you can see the Riverwalk right from inside, which makes the whole experience even better.
