Very happy with my experience at ACR Auto Glass

Many other shops weren’t able to source the rear glass for my car, but ACR was able to find and order it in from out of province.

The entire experience was very smooth. Turnaround time was quick, staff were friendly, and pricing was the best in the city. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again if I have another glass issue.

Based on the stellar reviews online, I decided to take my car to ACR glass to get my windshield replaced from a stone chip turned into a long line crack. I was looking for a place that would provide a courtesy vehicle for me so I could still make it to work. From the very first point of contact, ACR and Reese provided exceptional service and amazing communication throughout the entire process. This was my first time getting a windshield replaced and the process was seamless (pun intended!). Reese was so kind and professional, and the team at ACR did a fantastic job. The cherry on top was the luxury courtesy vehicle provided to me for the day. I was so impressed and it made my day. Thanks ACR for everything! I truly appreciate it! I HIGHLY recommend this shop for all your vehicle glass repair/replacement needs.

Had my 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander windshield replaced yesterday at ACR Glass and the service was outstanding. They were professional, fast, and did an excellent job.

What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond by working directly with Mitsubishi to make sure my windshield camera was properly calibrated and prioritized. Everything works perfectly now.

They also provided a courtesy car, which made the whole process super convenient.

Highly recommend ACR Glass for their quality work and amazing customer service!
