Absolutely terrible customer service, the guy acted like the customer is a bother for asking a simple question about a product they offer. His attitude stinks and completely made me change my mind and not make a purchase. It's a real shame how customer service at this place has taken a huge turn for the worse in recent years in my experience. They need better training and a more respectful and welcoming attitude. I could not in good conscience recommend anyone to visit this place.

The posted time for carwash on Monday was 10pm. I showed up 9:50 10 mins before closing with salt all over my truck. I noticed it seemed closed so walked into the gas shop to confirm. The older man inside was super rude and mocked me about closing it early. Said people like me are the problem, and you snooze you loose. I asked for a car wash slip since it was closed (the gas station on stone will do that if closed early or broken) and he kept mocking me. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but people should know about this.

I went for a car wash today - the ultimate car wash - and am super unimpressed. The back bumper (shown here) and the side skirts were left looking like CRAP. Doesn't even look like they were touched. For over $15 my car should look spotless after the wash, especially the length of time you wait in line to get it cleaned!

I recently paid for the best car wash along with my gas. Once I completed the wash I noticed both door sides of my car were unwashed. I went inside and mentioned it to the attendant who said he would not allow me to go thru an additional time, suggesting it’s completely normal for a hand wash to be required after exiting the car wash. His comments were condescending, and dismissive even after I explained to him I’m not trying to scam him out of a car wash as I want to go through right away. I’m very particular as I imagine others are when it comes to customer service experience, and for this reason I’ve given this location the lowest score, and will not consider returning unless I’m reached out by corporate and some action is taken either to educate the staff or provide me one free car wash.

I suggest you go to Shell or Petro.

This Canadian Tire gas bar location it's just the best of their kind.

The establishment itself is always well maintained, clean and stocked.

Their staff members are all very friendly and helpful, specially Bhavik... he goes beyond, super friendly polite, helpful and caring.

Today (October 11th 2022) he went to check if the car wash did a good job. He definitely cares about their customers. Kudos to Bhavik.

Fully recommended 😉😁😎🤟🏻🍁🇨🇦

Note: The car wash work awesome. I come at least once a week to wash my Jeep.
Read many of previous reviews on it and definitely it doesn't apply now... it works excellent.
