Out of the 30 days I had, guess how many ive managed to use... at this specific location.

This carwash is handsdown the worst in terms of ease of access. The employees says the same excuse "the water isnt filling properly.... we called corporate already and hoping for them to send someone to fix it...."

Yall cant afford to hire a pro to keep this running? Are you guys for real?

I wasted my seasons pass. Period.
This was the closest to my location and an employee here was the one that recommended me to get the seasons pass. I feel ripped off.

And dont even bother replying to this review. Act more rather than say "we apologize.. etc etc".

Heed the reviews. Go lineup at Shell by vp/finch instead. Sure the line might be long at times, but its always working.

Yall need to do better for the customers that pays your bills. It's winter time for crying out loud. It's the time to wash off the grime and salt off of our vehicles.

This Circle K location has some of the worst service and reliability I’ve experienced. Two days in a row, I waited in line for their car wash only for it to suddenly break down while people were already queued. No warning, no communication - just “out of service” again.

I pay for a monthly subscription, and since my code is locked to this location, I’m basically stuck paying for something I can’t even use. When I asked the staff for help or alternatives, they had zero solutions, no interest in assisting, and honestly a pretty negative attitude. It felt like they were used to the machine constantly breaking and didn’t care.

A Circle K location should represent consistency and good customer service. Instead, the equipment here is unreliable, the service is dismissive, and customers are left frustrated with no resolution.

If you’re considering using this location for anything service-based (especially the car wash), I’d avoid it. There are much better-run Circle K sites in the city.

While I was putting gas into my vehicle on a cold temperature I go sit in my car but the lady at the cashier shut it down and says you can’t be in the car, I told her it’s cold and she’s arguing it’s not cold. No gas station ever said you cant be in your car while filling gas, it’s freezing! You see the car, you see the plate number? What’s the issue?

The water pressure of this car wash is good, but the three-color chemical is not well supplied in this car wash.
