Went in today to fix a patch on a small atv tire. As soon as I got in the door I got meet with grief. I have brought 3 trailer tires here for patching in the past 15 years. This meant nothing. I was a complete bother to the guy at front desk. He barely wanted to look at me as he was more interested in scrolling on his phone. Told me to come back in an hour and he'd see what he could do. Came back 2 hours later, tire in the same place and laughing it up with a friend of his. Told me to wait another 20 minutes until he might be able to look at it. I took it away. When you try to spend your hard earned dollars and get met with a business like this RUN away don't walk. They are not worth your money. Only reason I gave 2 stars was past business around 7 years ago. Not sure who ownership is now but they are as mean and incompetent as it gets.

These folks are incredible! Today we tried to pick up a trailer but our wiring had been messed up. This was a big deal since we leave from Fredericton to Calgary in the morning! Nowhere else in town would even look at us but these guys got us right in and had it fixed within 30 minutes!! Complete lifesavers months and months of planning would have gone to complete waste without them. I honestly wish we could continue giving them business!

These folks were able to get me in for an RV inspection on a reasonable schedule. When I arrived they were friendly and on time. The yard is spacious and easy to maneuver for less proficient trailer towers. I'll be booking my next inspection with them again next year.

The individual (I refuse to call him a gentleman) working the front desk is rude, condescending, and disrespectful. He behaved that way with my wife over the phone and with myself in person. He prefers to lay back in his creaky chair and talk with his buddies than deal with customers. Doesn’t bother calling with updates and overall very difficult to deal with. If he’s isn’t the owner he should be fired, if he is the owner he should be ashamed of himself.

Made an appointment to have my single axle safetied. Left my number, they never end call. Snowing hard when I went back 5 hrs later. Asked why they never called. Owner said they were busy. Would have took 2 minutes to call. Had an extremely hard time to park the trailer with the snow build up. Won’t go back again. Very poor customer service .

Great service done on my RV trailer today. They replaced a tire and refurbished the suspension
system. Excellent people to deal with. Prices are very fair. 5 star rating from me.
