I am not typically one to write reviews, but after approximately 9–10 months as a customer of Oromocto Self Storage, I felt compelled to recognize the exceptional service I received.
During my time as a client, I had the opportunity to work directly with the manager, Allie. Her professionalism, extensive knowledge of the storage industry, and commitment to customer service are second to none. Throughout every interaction, she demonstrated initiative, dedication, efficiency, and genuine concern for her clients' needs.
While I was away, Allie leveraged her expertise to ensure I was placed in the most suitable storage unit for my requirements. When it came time to move out, she streamlined the entire process, making it straightforward and stress-free.

Do Not use this company! The staff are not ok to deal with and when asked to speak to management I was not given the number to contact them but was told that they ( reception?) would contact them and I would receive a call back. I have yet to speak with the management team. They say one thing yet from my personal experience do don't follow that, or they brush you off.
From someone who has worked in customer service for over 25 years and has run my own company this is not ok.

Storage facilities were secure, very clean, and prices were very good. But what really made the place stand out was manger Allie, who was easy to contact, explained everything very clearly, and was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Would recommend to everybody.

My experience with Oromocto Self Storage was Outstanding. I had originally booked a small storage unit. Upon arrival I realized I would need a bigger unit, within minutes Allie had arranged for a larger unit and ensured that I had a proper security lock. She explained in detail the codes for entering and exiting the facility. The overall cost for this secure unit was very reasonable. Allie was always available at the office or by email or phone and provided timely responses to any questions or concerns. Overall, the service was friendly, prompt and just a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Oromocto Self Storage for your future storage needs.

Parked my trailer there for the winter. Trailer was broken into, and several items were stolen, about $400 worth. Asked them to check cameras as they claimed to have 24-hour surveillance, but they said they do not keep the videos for that long. Also asked for a refund of several months of fees since obviously we didn't receive what we paid for, which was secure storage, and this was also denied. Very dismissive and didn't really seem to care.

This self storage location is very accessible and well maintained. Paperwork is straight forward and having it charged against a credit card makes payment simple. Rates are fairly good and the units are clean with lighting (timer dial). There are several sized units to meet your house/storage needs. I don't belive they have any heated units. I have been using this location for a while now and certainly no issues. Thanks.

We used a 10x10 unit which was very clean and signing was informative and easy. We did have a hard time getting a hold of the owner to get the unit though.
