Art was fantastic this morning! He called after we made the appointment to discuss what the problem was. I received an email reminder and a text reminder for the appointment. And he called and let me know he was on his way before the appointment. Great customer service! When he got to our home he fixed the issue right away. He was so friendly and professional! Highly recommend Art and Nelson Contracting! Thank you thank you, keep up the great work!

Highly recommend this company. So easy to work with and did an awesome job. Also had to have siding replaced. My contact person was so nice and always got right back to me with any questions I might have had. Everything was done in a timely manner.
Thank you so much, Nelson Contracting.

So far they have put on our new roof after the hail storm. Amazing job was done in a timely manner. Under 1 day!! Looks excellent and the cleaned up the ground around the house. We have trusted them with the entire needs of our home. Siding, gutters, downspouts etc…and I know we will be as pleased with the rest of the work they will be doing for us!!! Nelson Contracting is the way to go!!

We had quite an extensive amount of storm damage to our house, shop and screened in porch. Nelson contracting bid the entire job, which was nice not to have to deal with several contractors, and worked directly with our insurance company. Many things arose during their work, but they were able to deal directly with the insurance company to make sure all of the repairs were done properly.
Once they had completed their work, We had just a couple of items that we wanted improved upon. They got the people here to fix the final repairs and cleaned up and asked if we were satisfied.
Junior and his crew, the gutter repair men, sheet metal work and screening guys did great work. Alex, the screen repair guy did a fantastic job after the first screen guy left after a frustrating day.

Sales Representative, Tammy, has been very helpful, informative, and patient while working me through the claims process. Both her and Aaron have been very responsive when questions are asked and they have always been willing to take the time to be sure I understood their answers. Nelson Contracting has completed the roof installation and did a great job. They were professional, on site when they said they would be, and followed up to be sure I was happy with everything when the work was completed. I currently have them under contract to do my gutters/facia/siding when the material arrives. I've been very pleased with the way they do business and the work they've done so far. Great company to work with, highly recommend.
