customer service with omaha office was non-existent. I had hail damage in july. my roofer said to call leaf-filter to have them check guards for damage since its under warranty. called 800# to request estimate to submit to insurance on august 10th, they were out aug 13th. man said I should have estimate from leaf-filter in a few days. 1 week later I still hadnt anything so I called again. this time another man came out & hadnt been told that I had someone out a week earlier & was waiting for my estimate. same story, should have it in a few days. they charge $125 for an estimate credited to repair when work is done. credit card charged on aug 21st. I did not hear from anyone so I called 800# AGAIN. each time I have been on hold for 30mns. same story, we will have someone reach out to you. on august 28th, I started calling 800# daily with no new responses. they finally gave me a local number. I called it & it goes to a call center in ohio who gave the same answer, we will have someone reach out to you. that was on sept 2nd. I found the local address so I drove to it, locked up. waited 30mns in case they were at lunch. while waiting in parking lot, I cancelled credit card transaction. as of september 8th, there still has been no contact from omaha office.

Product has great reviews. Sales rep who came to the house (Rowney Jensen) was very professional, answered all my questions and didn't apply any pressure. Job was completed on time (really surprised me considering it was performed by only one person). He did a great job of installation and cleanup. If this product works as advertised, I will highly recommend it. Looking forward to not having to climb the ladder again.

I had called several companies, requesting quotes for some small gutter repairs. None of them wanted to do a small job. LeafFilter was willing to work with my budget and I was scheduled for the next day. I got the few sections I needed replaced and within my budget.

I highly recommend working with LeafFilter Gutter Installation & Guards. The installers were friendly and respectful of my time and property. Looks amazing! Fast, professional, and good communication!

Darold was a joy to meet and work with. We had part of our leaf filter coming up/off and looked damaged. He quickly realized that the previous leaf filter/gutter installation had been done incorrectly and he not only fixed the one we were having issues with, but checked them all, and made sure they were all done properly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Well done and greatly appreciated!!! ☺️

I absolutely do not like writing reviews but the folks at Leaf Filter starting with the sales representative to the installer were very knowledgeable and professional, a sample of the Leaf Filter product was presented for me to see the the actual build quality of it and is quite impressive, fortunately it had rained quite heavily approximately 45 minutes to an hour after the installation was completed, the results were very impressive, so I feel strongly that the personal and the product warrants a strong review, very commendable indeed.
I rate Leaf Filter a 5 Star Company and would without hesitation recommend them to anyone searching for a superior product with professionals that stand behind it.
Thank you Leaf Filter!
