It’s really confusing to me why this is happening. This is the second time it has happened to me. I ordered pizza for delivery, and the delivery driver called me to tell me to come downstairs to get my order. I live in an apartment, so what’s the point of having a delivery option if you can’t deliver it to the person’s door? The instructions are pretty clear, and the door code is provided. It’s pretty easy to get from the lobby to my apartment, so why is this such a struggle? And then the quality of the food seems very questionable

This location consistently disappoints. You think you can go a couple months and assume the last time was a fluke and then realize you must be in some dystopian Hell. Nothing with this location makes sense. They don’t deliver on time. They denote that they have delivered 20 minutes before they *actually* deliver. They call and say they’re at your door, but are nowhere near. It’s simply unreal. This location does not operate in reality. Honestly, I’d love to have whatever they smoke.
I repeat: this is a horrible franchise. They deliver….the bare minimum. Dominos Corporate…call me! I’ll tell you how every time I’ve ordered from this location has been nothing short of a missed opportunity. This location is bringing you down.

The staff were friendly and took care of me well, but the experience was disappointing outside of that...

Poorly made pizzas fell way short of expectations based on what I ordered. The deal was order any pizza you like up to 7 toppings. I chose one large hand tossed and added extra cheese extra pepperoni and extra bacon. Either I got a normal amount of everything, or extra has a different meaning. If I wanted a normal two topping large hand tossed I could have saved a few dollars. It was the same story for the stuffed crust pizza. I ordered extra cheese and extra sausage and got what I felt like was lighter than normal. Lastly I ordered garlic on each pizza and I tasted no garlic on either. What's worse, I had company over and we ordered for the group, so we were all disappointed in the dinner and it put a damper on the evening. The crusts and sizes were good, if they were made anywhere close to appropriately they would have been pretty good. But the lack of cheese and lack of other toppings where I explicitly ordered, and paid for, extra was a major let down.

I’ve ordered hundreds of Dominos pizzas from many different locations through the years. I’ve never encountered one as consistently bad as this one. I gave them another chance tonight, after over a year, hoping they had resolved their issues at this restaurant. No such luck. The web tracker said it was delivered when I still didn’t have my food. I called the restaurant. They said the tracker was a glitch, and the driver would arrive in 5-10 minutes. Almost a half hour later (some 40 minutes after my pizza came out of the oven, per the tracker) the driver arrived with my quite cold, hard, terrible pizza. I’ve almost never in my life not enjoyed eating pizza. As the old Seinfeld joke put it, even when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good. Nope. Not this time. Terrible!

I moved to the neighborhood about two years ago, and tried ordering from this local Dominos a few times over a few months. Every time it took over an hour to deliver a pizza that came out of the oven just a few minutes after I placed the order. Cold and desiccated. Each time involved calls to the restaurant to find out what’s up, with rude and dishonest replies.

Never again from THIS Domino’s. Corporate should shut it down. So bad.

If I could give this review 0 stars, I would but Google does not allow me. I ordered pizzas with jalapeños and onions and I got pizzas with the literal minimum amount of toppings. It’s like they counted how many of each vegetable to put on my pizza. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and will never be returning. On top of this Google review I will be reaching out to corporate because this is highway robbery.
