I’m really disappointed with the quality at this Harris Teeter. The produce is often visibly rotten or spoiled, and I have repeatedly purchased meat that was outdated or already spoiled. I’ve also found expired items ranging from condiments to yogurt.

It is incredibly frustrating to have to check the expiration date and condition of everything I buy because I’m genuinely concerned about the quality of the food throughout the store. Unfortunately, this has become a consistent issue, not an occasional bad item.

On 5.23.26 at 1:21pm, I had just finished shopping at Harris Teeter and went to the register to check out. I always enjoy going to Harris Teeter. This time was just as great as my other experiences. It was a very rainy day which makes you feel the same. All I wanted to do was pay and leave. And I hear a voice say .... How can I help you? .... such a sweet person by the name of Kori. I have gone to her before and still the same great customer service personality with a smile. She asked if she needed to bag anything differently for me. And just was so sweet like before. I know the cashier's work hard and receive more negative feedback from grumpy customers. But this time I wanted to be sure Kori knew she was appreciated. She had no idea how my day had been in the morning. But just knew that I left there happy. Like someone cared. Thank you Kori. Ur kindness was not in vain. I wanted to be sure to pass on Kudos to her. Please let her know how much she was appreciated. And I know to others as well. Thank you. Sandie Stasiak

This is the location we have been going to for the last 20 years. This store has always treated us very special and like family. We get all our special occasion cakes from here and they never fail to make it great. Sinidu, who works in the bakery and does all their cakes, is the most awesome cake designer. She made all our cakes every year. Down below is the special cake that she made for my son who graduated law school, which made her extremely happy, knowing he was the one she made cakes from every year for his birthday. She made this extra special and did it in such a short amount of time with no complaints at all. I would like for you guys to call Sinidu if you need any special occasion cakes. This is the best Harris Teeter in our area. Thank you so much Sinidu!

For the past four years, I’ve been a loyal customer of Sendu, and every year she makes the most amazing cakes for me. Not only do her cakes look beautiful, but they also taste absolutely delicious every single time.

Top quality meats, seafood, produce and bakery, especially the La Brea breads. The Harris Teeter brand prices are reasonable and there are weekly specials for good values on a variety of products. A selection of excellent ready to heat and eat meals are available at the Deli. Customer service is helpful if you have a question or problem. If you're a senior, there's a special discount on Thursdays. All-around good place for grocery shopping.
