Okay. I went here (after going to several different stores) to find a cookie cake that one of my children wanted for their upcoming birthday. I was excited to find exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately the cookie cake had Happy 4th of July on it. I immediately asked the young lady working in the bakery department if I had to make a special order to get "Happy Birthday" drawn/written on it. She graciously said that she could easily take care of it for me. Within 5-7 minutes the 4th of July cookie cake was transformed into a Happy Birthday cookie cake with my child's name on it.

This probably seems like nothing major, but this young lady provided excellent customer service and this is something that is unfortunately not common in most places anymore. I didn't get her name, but she was working in the bakery department on Sunday evening (6.28.26) between 7:30pm-7:45pm. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and for making a young child's birthday (today) a little more special!

This is very clean store with pretty nice employees. This location could use more cashiers. Other than that This is a good store with plenty of parking and shopping carts.. Meats are fresh, fruit is fresh as well.

Went to Giant and tried to pay with a $20 bill. The cashier claimed it was fake, said “the machine don’t lie,” and kept it. No explanation, no attempt to double-check, nothing. I basically lost $20 over a machine error and poor handling. Really frustrating experience and not how customers should be treated.

I don't care where I try and shop I always end up back at Giant... Growing up this is the only grocery store my aunt would shop at... I got it honest..Update July 17,2025 Giant on Allentown rd in the deli department are not friendly. Customer service is not good. I think I will just start going to the Giant on 210 it’s better. December 7, 2025. Please check your expiration dates, some of foods are expired, especially the items on sale. What’s going on with Giant. January 24, 2026 bough some chicken salad from the deli which is really good. Someone different made it and it was good but too salty/ season.,normally you don’t taste any salt. A lot of skin in chicken salad and bones this time. They rushed on making this.i been picking bones and skin out of this chicken salad.

I was shopping in the produce section when I noticed that there were multiple containers of strawberries that has white fuzzy mold on them. I am completely disgusted! I told a nearby store associate and she removed them however they shouldn’t have been out to begin with. This is a serious safety hazard! I do not feel comfortable shopping at this Store location anymore smh
