I called the store and spoke with the manager, Monique, about our order. She told me their policy was to bring the pizza back to the store, which meant another 15-minute drive each way.

The problem is we have hungry children who had already started eating. Asking a family to return the pizzas before offering a resolution isn’t practical.

The pizza itself was disappointing. We ordered one without sauce because of a cheese allergy, but it arrived with barely any toppings and almost no cheese substitute or ingredients to make up for it. For nearly $20, the value simply wasn’t there.

I’ve posted photos so others can decide for themselves whether this looks like a $20 pizza.

This was a very disappointing experience. We won’t be back. In our experience, Papa John’s and several local pizza restaurants provide much better quality, and Papa John’s even includes garlic sauce with the order.

Look at my posted pictures. Where’s the toppings? Sad customer service and usually Domino’s Pizza would even deliver the new pizzas. No one wanted free remakes to keep the originals but they were partially eaten and no one wanted to drive another 30 minutes round trip with waiting.

Ordered delivery. I know this is crazy, but this is one of the best thin crust pizzas I've ever eaten! I ordered Italian sausage and pepperoni and it's fantastic. The cheese pasta was HOT and delicious! Bianca delivered it and was soooo nice! I just moved to town and tried local, but this was so much better!

We order from here. It is the only pizza, that I eat. The extravaganza pizza is awesome! We always order and get it delivered. 🌞

Every time I order a pizza from here it always ends up at the wrong house and I have to drive a minute down the road just to go get it. Sorry excuse every single time.

I go to this dominoes every time I live all the way by Guildford and I still choose this dominoes to go to. This is the first time that I have to say that the customer service was trash. I submitted my order online for it to be picked up later on in the evening when I got the notification saying that it will be ready in 17 minutes as soon as I had hit submit, as as soon as I had hit the call button to call them to let them know the girl on the phone was like yeah we just made that order. I’m like I just hit submit. Yeah well we’re pretty fast. I’m like so you made seven items in three minutes that is pretty fast the attitude the rudeness was not appreciated and next time I order pizza I expect everything to be ready now under three minutes.
