Put in the request for 4:25. Just waited over half an hour on my birthday for 1 pizza and everything is cold and we ordered ahead with plenty of time. Extra stickers when were right there in front of you waiting is ridiculous. Gonna edit and add in a minute. 3 items were finished waited on the 1 to be finished they kept looking over and over.
Added pictures at 5:16pm. Real simple pizza bacon and mushrooms. Placing all the stickers in front of my sister after she was waiting right in front of you is suspicious. The hell you up to??? Why on the app does it say it was done. Two incompetent women at first and then another two guys at the end.

Last night my husband was getting a Tatoo (for hours) literally one block away from Dominos. I placed order at about 10:20pm. It said the pizza would arrive between 11:35 and 11:55pm. At 11:55pm the pizza had not arrived I called dominos and was told it was out for delivery. At 12:30am the pizza has still not arrived, I called again and they were closed. This morning I called and was told I had to talk to the manager and was the put on hold for 20 minutes before I finally hung up. I called back again later and was put on hold because they said I need to speak with the manager. After about 10 minutes of being on hold the person I was talking to asked me what kind of pizza I ordered and the address. I asked why he needed all this and could he look up the order by my name. He stated I was going to send you a new pizzza. I told him- did he not understand that I ordered the pizza at 10:30 pm last night. I don’t want a pizza now, I want my money refunded. He then told me I would have to talk to the manager and that she was busy. I gave him my number and he said she would call me. Well it’s now 5 hours later and they are closed and I did not get a call back. Terribly disappointing customer service.

I placed my order at exactly 5:10 PM, and didn’t receive my food until 7:13 PM over 2 hours later. What makes this even more frustrating is that the store is only about 7 minutes away from my home. There’s no excuse for that kind of delay.

I called the store three separate times just to check on my order, and each time I got no real help or clear answers. When the pizza finally arrived, it looked completely unacceptable like it had been tampered with or carelessly handled. It was not edible and definitely not something any customer should be expected to accept.

After waiting hours and still being unsatisfied, I had to wait until around 9:30 PM just to get a ride to the store so I could complain in person. No customer should have to go through all of that for a simple pizza order. and then they remade the order but even then, the dough wasn’t fully cooked.

This experience was beyond disappointing between the extreme delay, poor communication, and the condition of the food, it was completely unacceptable. I expect better service, especially from a business so close to my home. I ended up going to the store in person to complain, and they remade the order—but even then, the dough wasn’t fully cooked.

This is the second time I have ordered from the same Domino's. The first time I got my food 2 and a 1 hours after it was ordered in the afternoon. The Pizza was cold and flattened. Apparently, my son had given the address across the street.When he ordered it, so I gave them that bad experience. Now here I am the second time over an hour into the order process can't get anyone to answer the phone and the tracker. Keeps changing the time by 30 minutes at a time. What is wrong? Do they not have employees??

No wonder why this place has 2.7 reviews on Google. It should be much lower much much lower. I ordered Visa at 11 PM on Uber eats showing delivery at 11:, At 11:49 PM it shows order is delivered. I called Uber Eats store no response in all of a sudden at 1 AM. Somebody started to call me stating my pizza that is here and they’ve been trying to reach out to me, I went downstairs to check there was nobody And And I saw somebody pulling up at my apartment building with a Domino’s sign, Driver very rudely yelled at me stating as your Pizza and left. It took two hours to bring the pizza which was ice cold. I called the store no answer. where were terrible staff was unprofessional And pizza Was ice cold
