Fred did an amazing job on the carpet on my stairs and landing that was quite soiled and my couch. He did an exceptionally thorough job!

Driving on the QEW Niagara today and it was ridiculous to see the driver of one of your trucks smoking in a truck that may be carrying clean rugs to unsuspecting customers. The truck is A11.
I wouldn’t want my clean rugs full of cigarette smoke.

I’ve used this company’s services 3 times, I use the service once every year. This company always delivers a great service up until recently. Something must have gone wrong because my rug was sent back not cleaned thoroughly. I’m very disappointed because I trusted their service and this is unacceptable. I’m unsure of what went wrong but I can’t believe this occurred.

I really wanted to like your services, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.

My jacket was returned in significantly worse condition than when I entrusted it to your company. Fortunately, I took detailed photos on the day it was picked up, so I have clear documentation of its original condition compared to how it was returned.

Your company promotes a satisfaction guarantee, so I don’t understand how my jacket could have passed quality inspection in its current state. After noticing the damage, I immediately returned the jacket for correction. When I later called for an update, I was told that everything had been fixed. During that same conversation, I specifically asked whether the lettering on the back had been restored to match its original appearance. The manager placed me on hold, then returned to admit that it had been missed. Since your calls are recorded, this conversation should be on file.

In my original email outlining my concerns, I never mentioned any issues with the cuffs. Despite this, my jacket was returned with one of the cuffs replaced without my knowledge or authorization. This was never discussed with me or approved beforehand.

Even after the second attempt, the jacket was still not restored to its original condition. The drawstrings are still not as they were, and the lettering on the back continues to have visible scratches. This is especially disappointing given that your website states that you specialize in Rudsak jackets. The receipt advises the jacket had stains and was faded….absolutely false.

To make matters worse, I specifically requested confirmation that all repairs had been completed before my jacket was returned. I was told that a manager would contact me, but no one ever did. Instead, the jacket was simply delivered back to me despite the outstanding issues. The receipt advises the jacket had stains and was faded….absolutely false.

There were also unnecessary delivery problems. Your delivery driver came to my home three separate times because your system incorrectly showed that my jacket still needed to be picked up, even though it was already at your Toronto location.

Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I took excellent care of this jacket and expected it to be treated with the same level of care and professionalism. Instead, it has been returned damaged, altered without my authorization, and accompanied by poor communication throughout the process.

Thankfully, I have photographs documenting the jacket’s condition before it left my possession. Based on this experience, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and providing this documentation as evidence.

Very disappointed with the service. The rug was not this dirty when it was picked up, but after cleaning it seems to have even more dust than before. It also has an unpleasant smell, like a dog that hasn’t been washed. I expected a clean and fresh rug, but the results were poor.

carpet looks 100% new! I'm always impressed by the high quality of your service, which is why I call you every time the rug needs cleaning.

Hi Anna,
I'm so glad you suggested removing the fringe from my rug and binding those ends instead. It has made such a difference! Not only does it look better, it is much cleaner (doesn't hold on to all the dog hair) and easier to clean. What an improvement!
BTW, in spite of your warning that your company might not be able to clean off all the dog hair, the rug looked completely dog hair-free when it arrived and the colours look much brighter now that I can see them properly.
Thank you so much!
Karen

I had a great experience with Love Your Rug Cleaning. Lucinda was amazing to work with and always made sure my clothing and rugs were cleaned to perfection. The quality of work and attention to detail was honestly impressive.

I also brought in my wedding suit after getting sauce on it, and I was worried it was ruined. Lucinda was able to get it completely spotless and looking brand new again. She honestly saved the day.

The service was professional, reliable, and you can tell they genuinely care about the work they do and their customers. I would definitely recommend Love Your Rug Cleaning to anyone looking for high-quality cleaning services.

I took 2 area rugs and 1 runner into Love Your Rug Centre, Etobicoke. Apparently area rugs are cleaned in the North York location. I wanted to thank the staff at NY who looked after my rugs. Super job, my rugs came back noticeably brighter and very clean.
I will definitely use them again. And have recommended you to my mother-in-law.
Thank you,
Lisa Kerr
