I love this local gem! My wife and I enjoy taking our two-year old daughter here for their Yoga Storytime sessions. It's a fun way to spend quality time with your children and also a great way to connect with moms and dads of similarly aged children.
Thanks to the Little Yoga House, my daughter loves to go to yoga now, and she always has a good time. The yoga instructors here (Emily, Paula, Holly, and others) are wonderful and exceptional with kids. My daughter always looks forward to seeing "Miss Emily," "Miss Paula," and "Miss Holly."
After Yoga Storytime, we usually stay for a bit and interact with others. There's a little play room next to the yoga studio, and it's a nice way to expend a little energy before going home for her afternoon nap. I think it's super cool how the instructors will often time spend time in the play room after getting to know their little yoga students. It's so sweet. You can tell that they really care about their community here.
We look forward to supporting the caring, hard working folks at Little Yoga House for many years to come!

Incredible studio for kids and adults.
Very welcoming environment and staff. Both of my kids attend to the fly kids class and they love it . The studio definitely exceded my expectations, the values and love those kids get in each class are incredible and will reflect in their future.
We will continue been part or Little yoga house family 🙏❤️

This really is an amazing and unique studio! The toddler classes are fun and engaging. My daughter loves the movement and sensory play! She is a shy kid so this has been a great addition to her weekly routine! We love all the teachers, especially Ms Denise!

We love The Little Yoga House, we have been going for about 3 years now on and off! I was so happy to find it when I moved to austin. Toddler classes are so fun for mom and kiddo, my son would do poses at the house and learned how to breath and slow down when needed, we also would do some of the songs at the house and it’s a great way to move and connect with your children. Now he is older and he is doing the Ariel yoga classes and that is helping him with his core strength, fine motor skills in addition to all the benefits they reap from learning mindfulness. For little ones or older kids this place is pretty awesome!

This place has been amazing for our family. There’s a lot of $18 classes out there for toddlers, and we tried a bunch. I didn’t feel like I was getting my money’s worth until Little Yoga House. The first class, my daughter just stood there, bewildered. But afterward she told me it was fun, so we went back. The second time she did have 1/4 of the moves. You wouldn’t believe her now. She is so focused, she listens to Macey, who is an awesome teacher, and tries everything. Macey has taught her (and me!) strategies for calming down that we practice at home, and are useful in those big feeling moments. If you’re not a yoga mom, no worries. You need zero gear (not even a mat!) the moves are not difficult for an adult.
