Chase Gielda is the most wonderful human being and a brilliant teacher. With a group of 12+ females, chase was able to calm each and every one of our minds. During hour long session with Chase we each found our unique "AUM" sounds. Hearing everyone do this together was a wonderful bonding experience and the highlight of my bachelorette wellness themed retreat. We also walked away with a ton of new knowledge just as how to make our bodies feel more open & receptive as well as how to find vibrations throughout ourselves with each AUM. Went to one of his classes and was very impressed! Felt much more relaxed and at ease afterward. Definitely recommend checking out his classes as well as all his informative posts on Facebook that help explain and shed light on kriya yoga and meditation!
