Visited for the first time October 5th, the only thing that saved this experience for me was the lovely server Jason.

Food and beverages were fine. I don’t recommend you eat/order here if you are going to play.

Made an online reservation and used a promo. PLEASE read the terms and conditions/fine print if using a promo code. Nothing and no one will guide you otherwise. My anticipated spend was double because I didn’t read and no one offered support.

When I arrived I made it clear at check in that I was unaware how it all worked (since this was my first time at a Top Golf) yet the response I received was very vague and unhelpful. I figured some things out as I went and the server Jason was helpful as well as far as game play but he couldn’t have carried all the responsibility himself. I also recommend the app for reservations, ordering, and filling out the paperwork for each player in your party. It’s $6 for every player. You can do this at your playing bay but it is better to do this ahead of time.

Our family had a lot of fun here. We would come back to play again. My 3 stars are mainly because of the space itself and the front desk workers. The teenage boys working up front seemed bothered to have to help us (we had never been to top golf before). We were also seated at a table with 5 seats even though we had 6 people. I wish I had known of a way to request one of the couch sections.

Overall the experience was fun enough and that we would return and hope for better customer service!

We had a wonderful experience hosting part of our 2026 ConnectingOHIO Corporate networking event at Topgolf. The venue created the perfect atmosphere for networking, connection, and fun. Our guests enjoyed the interactive experience, and the space helped make the event feel both engaging and memorable.

The Topgolf team was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the process. Tina Bojack was especially helpful during planning, answering questions, providing guidance, and helping ensure our team felt prepared. David Allen also did an excellent job supporting our group as the golf professional, and the staff assigned to our event greeted our guests with smiles and great service.

We truly appreciate Topgolf’s hospitality and partnership. Their team helped us deliver a successful and enjoyable experience, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

I had an AWESOME time at Topgolf in West Chester, Ohio! ⛳️🔥 This place is way more than just golf—it feels like a real-life video game.

The best part is how everything is tracked on a computer. You hit the golf balls, and the system shows your score instantly on the screen, almost like you’re playing an arcade game. I even got to play different game modes, which made it super fun and competitive!

They provide all the golf clubs, so you don’t need to bring anything. The driving range is huge and high-tech, and it looks amazing—especially at night with all the lights.

There’s also a bar and food area, plus a cool gift shop if you want to grab something to remember your visit. One thing I really liked was that they give out free water, which is great when you’re playing for a while.

Tip: Make sure to reserve your spot online before you go! If you just show up, you might have to wait about an hour.

Overall, this place is super fun whether you’re good at golf or just trying it for the first time. I would 100% go again!

My family and I enjoyed a night out at Topgolf. We reserved space for 2 hours online and our area was ready for us when we arrived. We ordered a platter and pizza. The platter included chicken sandwich sliders, fried macaroni bites, cheese dip, soft pretzels, and tortilla chips. The food was delicious and fresh. The staff were kind and helpful. Recommendation is to have the couch cushions to be washed. They were noticeably stained.
