I hired this roofing company to do a repair on a flat roof on a building I manage. The estimator and the repair crew were very professional and honest. What we assumed was a leak was just a crack along the edge of the wall where it connected to the roof. They did a 10 minute repair and didn't charge us. This could have been potentially very costly if this company wasn't honest with their findings. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had some roofing work done and was initially satisfied with the progress. However, during the job, I noticed something concerning. One of the workers, whose name I learned was Jesse Goldberg, was seen smoking what appeared to be some kind of substance near my property. It made me very uncomfortable and concerned for the safety and professionalism of the crew. I even considered calling the authorities, but decided instead to just share my experience here.

It's disappointing to see a company hire individuals who seem to lack professionalism and possibly aren’t properly vetted. I hope the business takes this seriously and begins implementing stricter background checks and drug screening procedures in the future as this is extremely disrespectful

BML Roofing recently completed a second major project for the Brant Curling Club in the past three years. The first was a complete EPDM roof replacement together with overhang extension and replacement of soffit, fascia and downspouts. The second was the installation of air barrier, insulation and pre-finished steel siding on all exterior walls of our 5 sheet playing area.
The work was was completed on time, on budget with high quality workmanship. It was a pleasure to work with the company on both of these projects

Very professional company...Great with communications prior, during and after new flat roof installation. Worked seamlessly with HVAC Company for replacement of curbs and dis-connection and re-connection of rooftop units. Suggestions and advice were very useful to extend life of the new roof and efficiency of roof-top units. Clean-up during construction and after was impeccable. I highly recommend Josh and his team for any one searching for a flat roof repair or replacement.
