I’ve rented from this location quite a few times my cars have always been clean and run good! The fellas in the back clean the car do a great job! Working with the front desk personnel is always a breeze but I will say I prefer to work with Lisbeth as she just makes things simple and easy 🙌🏾

If you're going to rent a car from Enterprise I love this location best. I've been renting there for at least 17 years. At the beginning it was twice or three times a month. But I still rent as often as I can. The little baby I picked up in PG county is now 18 years old and sometimes she wants to stay home with her mom. Anyway the staff is awesome, the cars or vehicles they have are great. They're always there to lend a hand with My Bluetooth and phone use. Very respectful and friendly. Always welcoming me in and hope to see you next time is always there when I come and go.

For this past weekend I wish I took some pictures, but I didn't.

This past weekend, Lizbeth really made my day. She is the main reason I stopped myself from not coming back here anymore. She greeted me both going in and going back out very nicely. That means a lot for a senior citizen, and especially one who's been loving Enterprise for 17 years or more. Thank you Lizabeth

Absolutely terrible service. They destroyed my travel plans by canceling my reservation just 30 minutes before pickup. No proper solution, no compensation, and no regard for their customers’ time. I trusted my reservation would be honored, but apparently reservations mean nothing at this location. I would never rent from here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Erica was a dream to work with! She made the whole experience from the moment we walked in to get the vehicle to when we returned a seamless picture perfect experience! Erica even called a few times to check in during our rental to make sure everything was okay & that we were enjoying the vehicle which truly a VERY welcome added touch of personal service you'd never see at other rental companies. We wish her the best & fingers crossed 🤞🏻 when we need to rent again we will be lucky enough to get to experience her Top Notch excellent service all over again❣️

My car was in the shop for 2 months and this Enterprise kept coming through with great service and a great selection of cars.

Ali, Dre, and Carlos always looked out for me and made sure there was something interesting on their lot vs. some generic GM crap.
