Have you ever had CUSTOMER SERVICE so PERFECT that you wished it would be everywhere you go???? Well, I wish I could take Thomas and Chelsea everywhere. These two young people are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS. I travel ALOT, and it's rare to get kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional Customer Service Staff, but to find two in one place it's unheard of....

I can't say enough good things about Ms. Chelsea P. As everyone knows dealing with Enterprise👹 can be Hit or miss, but Ms. Chelsea P made my transaction pleasant. Quick no hassle service; she was courteous and professional throughout the entire process even though she was the only one there with 2 other customers and it was well after closing. Great Job Ms. Chelsea P. SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION/RAISE.

Chelsea is GREAT! Reserved a truck online and unfortunately it wasn’t available, but Chelsea communicated in advance and found me a solution later in the day that worked out perfectly. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and was an overall pleasure to deal with. Shoutout to Thomas as well as he handled the return and was super detailed. Will definitely rent from again!

Thomas at Waldorf MD Location was fantastic! Professional and you got the sense that even if corporate dictates procedures, he is going to go the extra mile to work to get you what you need! Chelsea was also great! Hands down a great experience that made moving one bit less stressful!

Was dissatisfied that because I booked. with a debit that I couldn't change my payment method to credit card. Also that extending 6 days doesn't get the weekly rate as other places will do. Also can't modify reservation online after pickup as with other places. Dropping the ball here. EDIT: Update. Management contacted me. Advised the employee was unfamiliar with the process. They addressed my concerns and gave me a future discount. Thanks. They are my go to guys for this type of thing now.
