They didn't have the car I reserved when I arrived and instead downgraded me to a small compact car I had to drive 14+ hours in through bad weather. I reserved the car several months in advance by the way. Not a great experience. It was embarrassing and very frustrating. They had no other options, so I had to deal with what they gave me. Never using them again.

Reseevation was made. Confirmed in email that the car and reservation were confirmed.

Then apparently they got busy and no longer had my vehicle. Leaving me scrambling to find one. No offer of finding another vehicle. Just a call an hour before pick up.

I asked for the number to coprprate to ler them know how off the system is from what is reality in store.

They refused to give me the number to corporate and said that if I wanted to call them that I could look up their number online.

So not only was I screwed out of a reservation with very little notice. The people that I spoke to were rude, dismissive, and went out of their way to not help and make snarky comments.

Usually, it is the company that makes things harder for the employees. In this instance, it was definitely the attitude and behavior of the employee that made us not want to use the company again.

This place does not feel or operate like most enterprises

Car was fine. Im not a fan of nissans but it was good on gas. Customer service was great and they brought the car directly to me at the body shop which was convenient since i have a toddler and carseat to transfer. I barely had to wait after I called them and said i was ready to pick up the rental.

ENTERPRISE CORPORATE - THIS IS A DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE - KNOCK IT OFF!!

I'm seeing the other reviews say the same thing, so I'm going to jump in and add my one-star experience strictly regarding the PURPOSELY MISLEADING ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM. Several weeks in advance I made a reservation for a pickup truck. The day of the reservation I learn, there are basically zero pickup trucks... not just for that day but overall, that's just not a thing. There is not a snowball's chance that I would ever be able to make a reservation for a pickup truck and then show up the day of the rental and actually get a pickup truck. Allowing your customers to place a reservation for a vehicle that there is no hope of ever actually driving is totally shady and deceitful. The only reason I had a decent experience with the rental process (everything outside of being tricked into reserving a vehicle that doesn't exist) was the individual at the location I rented from doing everything they could to find the next best thing within a very short amount of time and props to them, they did just that. Their end of the customer service experience was awesome and they completely saved my travel plans.

We rented a full size car for our trip across the region. Chris and Abby were helpful and explained everything in detailed. They called us 3 days before the reservation start date to ensure we get the correct documents. There was a slight wait to get a car but it was still appreciated in 100 degrees. We had a good 10 days trip and owe thanks to the team here.
