The ladies that helped us in the parking lot both during pickup and return were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we forgot to get their names but they should be rewarded for their help and kindness. I'm sure management can find who they were from our pickup day and time. They worked with us to get us into our preferred vehicle. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the rental counter in the terminal. They tried to upsell us as usual, my recommendation would be to book online and interact with the employees in the parking lot rather than dealing with rental counter. They are much better at acknowledging your needs and loyalty status than the rental counter employees.

Great staff and amazing service. By far the best rental car location I have been to. The staff was very polite and accommodating to my needs. The vehicle was very clean and smelled brand new. Overall, the experience made me enjoy Salt Lake City.

I rented a brand-new 2026 BMW 340i with just 11 miles on it and put nearly 1,000 miles on it during my trip. The car was absolutely fantastic—quick, comfortable, and an absolute joy to drive.

My only complaint was the phone customer service. After severe weather delayed my arrival overnight, I called twice and spoke with Josh and Joyce. Neither was helpful, and I even had to explain the difference between AM and PM to clarify my arrival time, which was frustrating after an already stressful travel day.

Thankfully, Malika at the rental location completely turned the experience around. She was kind, understanding, and extended my rental by an extra day at no charge so I could still enjoy the full three days I had planned. Her excellent customer service made all the difference.

As a platinum member, I had high expectations, and I was treated very well. They didn’t have the car I had reserved or the model(s) I requested and expected, but they gave me something useable for the first day and a half of my two week rental. It met my needs in the clutch and then they gave me the very best vehicle in their fleet a couple days later.
Throughout the process, the communication was great and the Branch manager was very communicative.
I absolutely will continue to rent vehicles from Sixt And would highly recommend Dalen and his team in Salt Lake City.

My experience with SIXT at Salt Lake City Airport was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The shuttle pickup at the airport was smooth and comfortable, taking us quickly to the SIXT lot.

At the counter, I was assisted by ANGELA , who was incredibly kind, efficient, and professional. She made the entire process fast and precise, all while maintaining a genuinely warm and positive attitude. As a fellow Brazilian, I especially appreciated her friendliness and her excellent English, which made communication effortless

The car itself exceeded expectations — it had only six miles on it and felt completely brand new, as if it had just come straight from the manufacturer. Driving it was a pleasure.

Returning the vehicle was just as seamless, and overall the entire experience reflected outstanding service and attention to detail.

I highly recommend SIXT at Salt Lake City Airport and would gladly rent with them again.
