From the first phone contact to my first visit, I felt comfortable. The staff is friendly and concerned. The hygienist was thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Kelly talked to me and showed me exactly what she saw and recommended. The office is clean and comfortable. I am very happy with Grand Traverse Dental Care.

Dr. Kelly and her staff were exceptional from start to finish. They are on time to call you in and this particular appointment they were 15 minutes early. Great job Grand Traverse Dental Care team.

I had a very professional and thorough experience with hygienist Melisa! She is so pleasant, she really took her time scraping and cleaning my teeth. X-rays are usually a bit painful for me because I have boney protrusions in my mouth but Melisa used a smaller plastic tray that was so much more comfortable. We have been searching for almost two years for the right Dental practice and we have finally found a place that is friendly and isn't looking to upsell you for unnecessary dental procedures.
We highly recommend Grand Traverse Dental Care.

I had a wonderful experience at Grand Traverse Dental Care. I was suffering from a severe toothache, and the office was able to get me in right away, which I greatly appreciated.

From the very first phone call, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Cheryl who answered the phone was very helpful and scheduled my appointment for the same day.

Savannah was amazing while taking my dental X-rays. She was friendly, patient, and made me feel at ease throughout the process.

Dr. Kenitra Kelly was outstanding. She took the time to explain my dental issues and discuss the different treatment options available to me. She was caring, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during my visit.

The employee who checked me in and went over my treatment options was also very nice and professional. Everyone I interacted with made me feel welcome!

The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I am very pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend Grand Traverse Dental Care to anyone looking for a great dental office!
