From the first phone call to make an appointment to the procedure as well as the follow up after my visit the entire team preformed above expectations.
Priscilla my dental hygienist provided great service resulting in a excellent and professional experience. She took the time to explain everything in detail and always asked if I had any questions or concerns patiently with respect answering all of my questions.
The staff at the front desk greeted me as soon as I arrived being very polite and welcoming and my appointment was right on schedule.

I had an excellent experience at Wiregrass Family Dental Care! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and caring. The hygienist was wonderful—very knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. The dentist was also amazing, professional, and truly took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything.

Lately this office has been terrible. At the beginning it was ok. I originally came here for Dr Francis from my old dentist. Months ago I came in because they suggested a mouth guard. I agreed and got scanned. 2 months later I never received a phone call or any information from them until I called a couple of times and had to wait 2 days everytime to get a call back to be informed that the scan was no good and I had to I finally just asked for it to be cancelled and asked my money back. Still no refund to this day. Last week I had an appt I had to reschedule which took 2 days to get a call back. Mind you this was maybe on thursday? And they rescheduled me for the following Tuesday … I showed up Tuesday after rushing here and waking up my baby to be told I don’t have an appt anymore because I never confirmed…? Confirm what? I made the appt only 4 days ago? And they refuse to see me. So getting ahold of this office is a nightmare. They never completed the scan they were supposed to do. The front desk girl is pretending to be nice but condescending and talking down to me like I’m stupid. Overall, I’ve had a terrible experience and they don’t really seem to give a crap. Not accommodating. Not helpful. I’m standing there holding my baby and she’s like oh too bad. Shrugging her shoulders.

I had an excellent dental experience here. I normally get a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist, but the entire team was incredibly gentle, understanding, and reassuring throughout my visit. They explained every step before doing anything, which really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. I would highly recommend this location!

A special shoutout to my dental hygienist, Jeanette—she was absolutely amazing! She was thorough, attentive, and truly customer-focused, making the whole visit smooth and pleasant. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.
