I always have such a great experience at this office! Connie is absolutely wonderful! She has such a warm and calming presence that immediately puts me at ease before my appointment. She checks my vitals and makes sure everything is taken care of beforehand, and she does it all with such kindness and professionalism. She truly makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
Dr. Raju is just as amazing; professional, attentive, and always takes the time to listen and address any concerns. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling well cared for.
It’s such a blessing to be treated with kindness and respect every single visit. Highly recommend this team!

Connie was very friendly and patient during my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions and did so in a very polite and professional manner. She is consistently warm and welcoming every time I come to the doctor’s office, which always makes my visits more pleasant.

I gave my blood sample last Thursday morning and still haven’t received my results. I’ve tried calling multiple times to follow up, but my calls are either being ignored or cut off. This lack of communication is really disappointing, especially when it comes to something as important as health results. Patients deserve timely updates and at least the courtesy of a response. Very unprofessional experience.

Dr. Raju is not attentive to the concerns of patients. If you simply need basic care for allergies or common medical conditions she is helpful at writing prescriptions. I have been seeing Dr. Raju for around 4 years and I thought her bedside manner had improved. Unfortunately I was wrong and will be seeking a new primary care doctor. Read all the other 1 star reviews my experience with her is not unique.

Will never come here again! Doctor does not listens to her patients and is money hungry. I only continue to come here cause she took over Lingle Matthew practice. He was a good doctor but unfortunately pass away. You shouldn’t have to make appointments to be seen every 2-3 months if you been on same medications for years with the same diagnosis. I have found me a new doctor who cares. The only positive thing I have to say is the front desk clerk Monica is super nice and very friendly.
