I love this OnPointe Care location! NP Paula Sayson is amazing! Amber at the front desk was so friendly and relatable. Everything about this visit was great, and the day after my visit there, I FINALLY feel better after two weeks of fighting this medical issue! Ms Paula definitely knows her stuff!

Started care as a new patient looking for a provider. Slow, but consistent office. Seems like they’re fairly new. Slow with responding to lab results and should make that a little bit more of a priority. Especially, since the labs are visible by the patient. I will return for another visit if needed.

I have been a patient with On Point for 3years now. All staff is very helpful, nice and professional. The nurse will return your call expeditiously and respond to concerns. I also like how I can call for an appointment and be seen the same day. Paula Sayson is very nice and cares about your concerns on your overall health. I highly recommend On Point Stage Rd.

Dr. Bah has truly changed my life. When I was first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I felt overwhelmed and honestly scared about my health. With his guidance, encouragement, and treatment plan, I have been able to lose 83 pounds and completely turn my health around. I am incredibly grateful for the care he has provided.

One thing that makes Dr. Bah special is how well he understands his patients. As a Black patient, it means a lot to have a doctor who shares a similar background. Being African and having an African doctor created a level of understanding and comfort that is hard to explain but very important. It made me feel heard, respected, and truly cared for.

Dr. Bah is also one of the most accessible doctors I have ever met. He even gave me his personal number so I can reach out whenever I have questions or concerns. That level of dedication is almost unheard of in healthcare today. Very few doctors would go that far for their patients, and it shows how much he truly cares.

Beyond being an excellent physician, Dr. Bah is genuinely one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. He is patient, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares about their patients and wants to see them succeed in their health journey.

This is my mom & I first visit. There is a clean & pleasant atmosphere. Helpful health tips are provided while you wait. Staff is polite & courteous. The doctor listen with compassion, had a desire to seek the problem & to heal you of the illness.

My first visit went GREAT! Everything from the initial phone call to being seen in under 20 minutes to no lower back pain less than an hour after leaving. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Calm, professional, yet very down to earth and efficient.

Excellent Doctors but do not have the follow up equipment needed such no lab on site and no Xray abilities so you have to be sent out for these services which are not always pleasant. Personally sent for X-rays this is my third day and 3 calls to them, still have no information on chest X-ray for pneumonia and still waiting so you decide for your self. All the above are true and can easily be proven

My experience was great!! This was my first time going there. We (my husband and I) were so pleased with how friendly and helpful everyone was. I asked many questions to front nurse, the nurse that did the blood work, and the nurse practitioner. They were each very nice and gave all the time and attention i needed. This is a definite yes if you are interested in a new Dr's office.

Great fast reliable service. I will definitely go back when I need quick fast service. The Dr. was very nice. The front desk medical assistants were a pleasure. About three years ago, I needed urgent care after my longtime PCP retired, so I decided to try OnPointe since it was nearby — and I’m glad I did. From day one, they’ve been clean, efficient, caring, and affordable.

After a few visits, I chose OnPointe as my new PCP clinic, and for the past three years they’ve been consistently reliable and easy to work with. The staff — especially Ms. Paula, always make every visit pleasant, stress-free, and restorative. I am very grateful for their genuine, excellent care all these years.

I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews, which seem to reflect isolated frustrations or miscommunications rather than the overall quality of this clinic. I’ve been through a lot of other clinics, and you’d almost always expect a dreadful wait, a clarification call, a scheduling conflict. No healthcare provider is perfect, but from my experience, OnPointe has been reliable, attentive, professional, and compassionate throughout the years. I highly recommend them.

My visit to Onpointe each and every time has been on point. The staff are respectful and welcoming and Paula Sayson who is my PCP is very knowledgeable and I truly trust her with my care. Dr. Bah has taken care of my mom - in - law for a couple of years and thank god for him she has been healthier than her kids lol. If you have concerns speak to the new manager in charge and she will sort it out - shuria.

I’ll NEVAAAA go to this clinic again. I see why they got them two, small cameras at the counter now. Somebody probably was finna act up like I was about to do. My appointment was on Friday, Oct 3rd. The staff was very friendly aight cool. When I finally got examined, I was told that I had to drive somewhere else to get an X-ray because they didn’t have the equipment in the building. Afterwards, the doctor said that he was gonna put my prescriptions in and I can go get an X-ray the next day. I was looking at the different locations for the X-ray, come to find out they are closed on Saturdays. I didn’t get it until Oct 6th.

I waited about an hour and Walgreens stated that they never received anything for me. I couldn’t call to let them know because the clinic was closed. I couldn’t really get in touch with a nurse over the phone until days later. Come to find out, this man sent my prescriptions all the way to FLORIDA. So she said she was gonna correct it. She didn’t even do it and I was still waiting days later! I went back to the clinic in person on Oct. 11th to talk to someone again. It was a completely different person at the counter but she did let somebody know to correct it for me.

I was suppose to receive two prescriptions. I got notified from Walgreens, on the morning of Oct 13th, with only one! I had to drive up to the clinic AGAIN! I didn’t receive my medications until almost 2 weeks later. And I was in pain the whole time at work because he signed off for me to continue work with no restrictions. Ain’t no way yall are still opened this is ridiculous for real.
