The Epic crew re-shingled my roof in one day. It is a big, complex roof. I was very impressed with how fast they worked. After the job was finished they fixed my stove fan vent. It has been flapping in the wind and making a lot of noise. My neighbor asked them to inspect his roof after they finished my roof. They found a crack in his valley-metal and patched it with tar, for free, no charge!

A few days later my son inspected my new roof with his drone and found a little sand in some of the eavestrough. The next morning my wife told our Epic coordinator about the sand and within a few hours the roofers had returned and re-cleaned the eavestrough.

I strongly recommend you consider Epic the next time you need your roof repaired.

Epic Roofing were recommended by our insurance company to replace our shingles and downspouts. After researching them and reading mostly good reviews, we chose to use them. The estimating person was great, our PM was fantastic, but the scheduling of the work was lacking. Firstly, the supplies to complete the job just showed up one day, without any notice. I called Epic the next day and was told they had sent me emails that I had never received. I was told the reason I wasn't receiving the emails, is because I have a @shaw.ca email address. I was told that they would fix the issue and resend me the emails. A few days go by and I receive a call from the boss of the roofing crew, asking if they could come the next day to shingle the roof. The gentleman was very professional, but I was somewhat annoyed, as I had no notice that they'd be calling. Again, I called Epic the next day and advised them that I still wasn't receiving their emails, and finally convinced them to use my work email. The roofing crew were all great, they did a awesome job installing our new shingles and they also did a great job cleaning up all the mess afterwards. We had a couple other crews come to our place in the following weeks, one to replace eavestroughs/cladding and the other to replace some damaged downspouts. Again, the workmanship performed by both teams was excellent, but unfortunately we still experienced a lack of scheduling. Overall, we are happy with the end result, and we sure hope Epic Roofing work to improve their scheduling/communication skills, as that part was very frustrating.

With heartfelt gratitude, we are writing this review! Epic Roofing & Exteriors have replaced our roof twice before and did exceptional work on both occasions. This time is something special. Several weeks ago, we had squirrel intrusion which caused us a lot of stress. After the squirrel removal by professionals, we contacted Epic in hope that it will examine and repair the damages done by the squirrel. To our surprise, Epic not only agreed to examine/repair the damages to our satisfaction, but also agreed to cover the cost for squirrel removal. This is the third time we have experienced the greatness of Epic! We are deeply grateful to everyone involved in this and previous projects. In a number of occasions, we have communicated with our project manager at Epic Mr. Craig Botham. For each and every encounter, his work ethic and professionalism exceeded our expectation. We are especially grateful to the site supervisor, Terren Abraham, for his warm heartedness, attention to details, and skillful maintenances/repairs to our house. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Cindy, Cali, Taryn, Jared and Myles at the Epic office for diligently coordinating all these projects, and for their professionalism. Last but not least, we want to thank all the roofers for doing great jobs in replacing and repairing our roof. The project team truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for their hard work. It was an experience we will always cherish.

Roofing I give 5 Stars.
Siding I would give 0 if I could.
Didn’t replace the WRB under the siding. They also damaged the new shingles. Put a hole in my trim. Fixed with only silicone.
I complained to many people about it, and never heard back.
I would never use them again. I told friends and neighbours to not use them.

Knowledgeable, fast, efficient and responsive. They delivered the product were done the roof removal and installation in one day. For the removal and installation of the gutters same deal. The few deficiencies were addressed in full and in a timely manner. Crews were great and insured the cleanup was well done. For deficiencies the person coming out was fantastic and did a wonderful job. From quote to finished project I would highly recommend this company.
