We had furniture reupholstered in December 2015.We had also ordered and paid for extra material and arm covers for sofas.When the furniture was delivered we noticed a few minor imperfections plus missing arm covers and extra material and notified Bob .He actually came to our home and noted the problems ,he left stating he would have furniture picked up the following week for repair.we have not heard from him since.Months later we still get no response by phone or email.
