The pharmacists are extremely helpful and friendly! I had issues with my insurance card after transferring my prescriptions from a bigger chain pharmacy and they went out of their way to help me and find the correct information. It was a much less stressful experience than I’ve had at bigger pharmacies. I will definitely be back and I’d recommend this place to any friends and family. They have cute pottery for sale too!

Excellent customer service! They are fast, friendly, efficient and extremely willing to assist me. We moved our business from Walgreens because prescriptions there were consistently not ready even after we were called/texted that they were ready for pick up. Many times we would stand in line only to be greeted by employees who could have cared less that we were there. Our only regret, is that we did not move our business to Akers Pharmacy sooner.

People told me that switching pharmacies wouldn't save me any money. They couldn't have been more wrong. I'm not sure what Akers does, but they talk to my insurance in a language I could never speak. I'm paying less for my medicine than ever before--not to mention the incredible speed of service. Refills take minutes, and everyone is so kind. I'll never switch back to a big box pharmacy, Akers treats me like family.
