Terrible experience every single time! My medicine is never ready, even hours after they say it’s gonna be ready. I’ve never dealt with a worse pharmacy in my entire life and this is putting it lightly.

Unreliable and unprofessional. It's been a long time since I've had a good experience and their lack of communication compounds every issue I've had with them. This time, they have repeatedly promised to have my prescription ready "tomorrow" and today - during my third attempt to pick it up - I found out it's not even in stock so I will have to make a fourth trip. They no longer call to let you know when something is ready and don't answer calls or return messages so you have to roll the dice and trust that they are doing what they say when they say. Too bad that's rarely the case.

I love Publix but this pharmacy can’t seem to get anything right with filling prescriptions. Just read the negative reviews. They are all accurate. .

Pharmacy is very professional and compassionate. They remember my name before I even tell them. I moved here a year ago and was nervous about starting a new pharmacy because of my health. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Very lazy and unprofessional! My Dr office sent a prescription in for me. Pubix Pharmacy said I needed a Prior Authorization for medication. My Dr's office did what they said. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a response. I called today they told me it was my Dr's office fault (shedding responsibility and blaming other for their lack of caring about doing their job) I asked my Dr's office to sed to CVS and had my medicine being filled in 10 mins! If I could give them no stars I would!!! Dont use these people!!!! In fact I'm going to stop shopping at Pubix because of this!
