BAIT AND SWTICH!! I scheduled an appointment and confirmed they accepted my insurance. I was charged $555 for one session because after the fact they told me the Dr didn't accept my insurance and they don't all take the same. I have been trying to get a refund since March and no one will return my calls.

Dr Dahal is the best! I have been blessed with her consistent care. Her therapy is not judgemental, she is able to point out areas for improvement with compassion. She goes out of her way, exhibits empathy. She has helped me a great deal to overcome obstacles I was stuck with. I am truly in good hands!

My doctor left LifeStance with zero notice, and the way this was handled is completely unacceptable. There was no transition of care, no communication, and no plan in place for patients who rely on ongoing treatment.

When I called, I was routed to receptionists who had no medical knowledge and could not answer basic questions about my medications or who would be taking over my care. I am on prescriptions that can cause serious withdrawal symptoms if stopped abruptly, yet I was left without guidance, refills, or any sense of urgency from their team.

This is not just poor customer service, it is negligent and potentially dangerous.

Now I am left scrambling to find a new physician on short notice just to maintain continuity of care. To make matters worse, the only options presented were nurse practitioners or physician assistants. I have zero interest in that. I want an MD who has completed full medical training to manage my care properly.

LifeStance failed at the most basic responsibility, ensuring patient safety during a provider transition. I would strongly caution anyone who depends on consistent, medically supervised treatment.

So far so good. Family member has been attending for about 2 months now. Facility is easy to locate. Located beside Pineville hospital and other numerous Dr.'s offices so parking can be hectic and jammed pack. Once you go inside through super easy to navigate and locate office. Dr. Patrice has been amazing. Very calm relaxing and easy to speak with. Family member going through a real rough time and this seems to be helping. Environment is super clean and calm. The process to check in is simple and efficient. It is has been difficult to get a hold of her though when it comes to asking questions and getting them answered in a timely manner. You have to ask all your questions through a portal now and wait till they see them and respond. None the less, so far so good.
