Store has no supplies and looks like it has been robbed. A bunch of items had coupons saying 50% off and when I went up to the register they didn’t ring up half off. I showed the older lady working where all the coupons were and she started ripping them off the shelves right in front of me saying those were old… They should have honored it given it was their mistake not taking the coupons down but didn’t.

I have never had a pharmacy closed on Christmas Eve before 5 PM. But apparently Rite Aid in Exeter, NH was closed both Christmas Eve and Christmas. The hell I went through to get another doctor to phone in my antibiotic prescription to another pharmacy, Walgreens, is beyond expressing in good taste. Even though Rite Aid was closed, their system processed my prescription (which was impossible to pick up being they were closed) and I was unable to use my prescription card to obtain my prescription from Walgreens. I had to pay out of pocket $41.99 to Walgreens. Walgreens was open both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I will never use Rite Aid again. People do need prescriptions filled on Christmas Eve, especially prescribed antibiotics that need to be taken ASAP.

One star too much for this place. Been receiving multiple calls daily saying my prescription is ready. I live about 40 miles from pharmacy so not convenient and I don't use rite aid for my prescriptions anyways. Called and spoke to someone at pharmacy yesterday. I guess they couldn't bother to fix the problem. These. Calls are constant and harassing. Please stop!!

Rite Aid is my favorite drug store by far, but this year the pharmacy has had changes and getting refills has been harder. The app never works. Sometimes I call in and leave my prescription number. Usually I end up pressing 3 and talking to someone. I’ve gone without my medication a few times because they just haven’t been refilled. Everyone is nice in the pharmacy. I don’t know what has caused the change.

The pharmacy lost my prescription and would not fill it until they found it. The pharmacy told me the medication was not in on 4 different occasions and that was all lies. I had to physically go into the store and after 30 minutes of sitting and waiting they filled the prescription after 5 days because they lost my form. The pharmacist was rude and would not apologize for the lies and losing my form. She was deflecting and trying to blame everything on the Doctor. I personally dropped off the form, gave them my ID. I will not be going back to this Rite Aid. I'm hoping this is not a repeat of lost prescriptions like the events at the former Stratham Rite Aid.
