What started in 1939 with a cow and a dream has grown into a network of convenience stores across eight states. Three generations later, Cumberland Farms is still family owned and operated, and continues to reflect the values it was built upon: envisioning a better way to serve customers by providing the best possible products at the best possible prices. Whether you're buying a cold Chill Zone fountain drink, a hot or iced cup of Farmhouse Blend Coffee, or filling the gas tank, convenience and customer service are key. Cumberland Farms also has a long heritage of giving back to the communities where it operates, from feeding the hungry and serving the disabled, to supporting local sports teams and fundraising. Offered free things for rewards, listed the sign in store, then charged for a “free” candy bar I didn’t want. When I asked for a refund, they said promo was over, and they would credit me a free candy bar. Don’t offer free stuff if you gunna charge for it (and make a one time consolation for a second candy bar as free). Customer service took a long time and were ridiculous about refunding a 2 dollar candy bar (when their sign says sign up get 5 free candy bars/5 free coffees). You’ve been warned about the ridiculousness’s of the rewards program.

1 star if I could give zero I would. This store is awful. They are Always out of stock, & dirty. I frequent daily as it’s close to home. The man was rude. Refused to make fresh coffee, as he’s throwing out very old timed out food. He decided he was going to go over to the empty swill coffee, taste it and say it’s fine. It was the bottom of the pot. There were no other iced coffees made. 3 in the afternoon!! The bathrooms atrocious. The garbage falling out of the bins. This guy was so rude, argumentative and continued to say the coffee wasn’t expired. As he was erasing the end times on the label. (When coffee expires I’ll make more he said.) The girl with glasses is always friendly. I asked him what his name was, he decides to start spelling it out, sounding very uneducated. I will be calling the board of health if need be. This was like the 6th time I visited and it was gross. Exception, earlier in week there was a mgr from another store filling in. She was Sweet. If you want stale nasty hour expired food, go ahead. If you want good coffee and not swill go to another location! Emery is the rudest I’ve ever seen. Don’t care if he was having a bad day, customers paying should not be treated like a number.

Clean, well-stocked, open 24 hours, good selection of coffee and hot foods. Gets the job done.
