I don’t appreciate the attitudes from the staff in the mornings. Now the ones in the afternoon I had no issues with. And I guess the older gentleman and lady both are suppose to be managers or whatever but they were rude also.

If your truck's battery gives up the ghost in the middle of Eastern North Carolina, fear not—Advance Auto Parts in Kinston will have you cranking and cruising faster than you can say “alternator!” We stopped in needing a new battery, and let me tell you—these folks don’t mess around. Within minutes, we had expert advice, a freshly tested replacement, and even a helping hand ready to install it right in the parking lot. No smoke, no mirrors, just straight-up automotive wizardry.

The staff? Friendlier than your grandma on pound cake day. One even offered to check our wiper fluid level just because “it looked like it needed a little love.” If that’s not Southern hospitality with a socket wrench, I don’t know what is.

Prices? Shockingly fair. Service? Electric. We left charged up and grinning like we’d just won the NASCAR of car parts shopping.

Big shoutout to the team at Advance Auto in Kinston—you saved our workday and turned a frustrating battery issue into a smooth pit stop. D & D Pest Control Co. appreciates having reliable neighbors like y’all when we’re out servicing homes and businesses across Eastern North Carolina. Keep those tools turning and those trucks rolling!

This location is supposed to be a designated drop off for UPS packages went in with a Cologuard package to drop off even though they had no ideas of the contents one young gentleman had said there was a smell coming from the box which it was empty and the other lady said isn't that the feces thing we don't do that so I am assuming that no one in their family ever needs to be tested for anything so I was turned away and told to go to a different location apparently businesses are not control of themselves any longer they are at the will of whatever quality of employee that they choose to give a few bucks an hour would not go to this location ever. Oh and by the way it was on July 15th 2024 at 8:45 a.m. in case the owner is interested because I see you always chime in maybe you can check your cameras and reevaluate your employees and their training

I did visit this store and I did see one employee going outside of the store assisting another customer and he seemed very friendly. It needs improvement in merchandising of the products. I found it hard to kind of find what I was looking for, but their staff have always been friendly over the telephone and in person.
