Paris and the team at Public Storage always greet me with a warm welcome whenever I come in! The building feels secure and clean, and has plenty of carts for hauling cargo up and down. My stuff feels secure being stored here, and more importantly I know that if I ever have a problem, the staff here will have me covered with a smile on their faces!

The checkin process was quick and efficient. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
The only unexpected expense was that you need to have insurance. The lowest coverage waiting $8/mo.
Building is clean. Multiple carts available to roll your stuff around.

Highly recommend this location of Public Storage. The units were clean and reasonably priced. Kate and Paris provided excellent customer service and made the whole process of renting my unit extremely straightforward and easy.

We rented a 10x5 unit for about a year. The facility is secure, with a passcode required at both the entry and exit vehicle gates. The elevator is also protected by a code.

Paris, one of the property managers, was excellent to work with. If I ever need storage again, I would definitely choose this location.

We have had the opportunity to use many different storage facilities in many cities across Canada (a common result of being in the military).
We have used Public Storage previously (in a different location) and been happy with our experience.
The team at Terminal are above and beyond the best at providing a positive experience! They made us feel welcome and were very helpful in getting us exactly the storage units we needed.
The facility itself is very secure, clean and easy to access.
The units are consistent for size (you get what you paid for!)
The halls are wide enough to navigate easily with a loaded roller cart and the elevators are large enough to fit 2 loaded carts at once.
All these things add up to quicker trips in and out of the facility. Time saved compared to many other storage facilities.

Since December 2015, I have rented units at various locations of PS Storage in between moves, to store seasonal items, etc. In June 2019, I opted to place all of my lifetime belongings at the 663 Terminal Avenue location in Vancouver, BC, which is clean, secure and well-maintained. Moreover, content insurance offers peace of mind for me, as I live 4 hours away and rarely get back to the city. The staff are absolutely amazing!! They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. Thank you for your support during difficult times, Paris - you are such a wonderful woman, and it shows in your work ethic.

We used Public Storage to store our clients furniture during a renovation. The rate was competitive. The Public Storage staff was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend the Terminal Ave location.

We rented a unit last week, but the one assigned to us was far from the elevator and too small for our items to fit through the corridor doors. The manager agreed to reassign us to another unit, which we appreciated. We signed the papers again, paid for insurance again, and were assured everything was in order. We never put anything into the first unit, nor did we have intention to do so.

After moving our belongings into the new unit, the manager began calling us repeatedly, accusing us of leaving garbage and wood in the first unit (which we never used) and of blocking another unit. I requested proof via email, but none was provided. Instead, we were told to drive back to the location — even though we had already left for Abbotsford and were on our way to Alberta (an 1100 km trip).

When we wasted time driving back, we discovered the so-called “garbage” was just pieces of cardboard in a hallway far away from our unit - that clearly weren’t ours. Moreover there were pieces of wooden desk in the unit that we resigned from - we were under impression they would have closed the unit knowing we will not be moving there.

Everything we stored was large, heavy, and factory-packed — nothing like what was in the unit. Despite showing photo evidence and pointing out there was no monitoring proof, the manager continued to accuse us. She was rude, dismissive, and told us she “didn’t have time for us.”

This whole experience was unprofessional, stressful, and completely unacceptable. We lost valuable time and peace of mind because of baseless accusations and poor customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Before I went to public storage I stopped at another storage place a block or so beside public and I left feeling like people really do suck. Then I got to public storage and these two lovely, extremely helpful and nice women helped me to make sure I got the best sized locker for my budget and the best deal that I could get that day. They were receptive and helpful and these two alone would have sold me on pubic storage not to mention it worked out cheaper than the last place. This is my second time using public storage and I would recommend them to others.

It's the staff, at the location I was using a multiple storage units, made my experience worthy of the money, perhaps I would've been able to safe elsewhere. Storage management, front desk workers made all the difference. During the hectic time, while I was running late, at a multiple ocasions, unpredictable need of an extra space and other situations, were resolved in no time, friendly. No upselling, genuine care at each occasion. Keeping my belongings safe, while demonstrating flexibility and personal involvement. Terminal and Main in Vancouver, BC, central location, convenience. Grateful for their support during hard times.

The facility was clean and secured and had reasonable access hours. Also flexible as to the length of term and willing to prorate following month rent when I could not physically move out by the 31st and needed long weekend in August to do so.

It's a few minutes walk from Main Street on Terminal Ave in Vancouver BC. Public storage offers a variety of self storage needs including storage space and storage supplies. Boxes, dollies, rental of moving vehicle.

This location is in a central spot in relation to Vancouver and I believe has a standing offer to new customers that if you rent 3 months you only pay for 2 getting one for free or sometimes a dollar is charged for the third month.

Staffed building kept clean and well maintained with lots of space for monuverabilty. Easy to use equipment and lockers. in a very secured building.

Doesn't offer 24 hour access to storage lockers. washroom and parking available

Public storage offers great access to lockers. The rates were very competitive and for our 3 month rental, they were the best.
